One more time: X-factor vs X-Gels?

I'm on a xgel run and I'm almost through with my bottle at 6 pills per workout. I couldn't find SNS at Amazon so I bought X factor, with this in mind, how many X factors per workout. I've never tried it before. On a note, which is better in y'all's opinion? Thanks!!!

X factor is in a prop blend with other stuff. Hard to say for sure that the dosing would be similar.

Apologies. I was looking at X factor advanced. The OG is in fact the exact same thing. I wonder how much ARA is in the advanced though?

X-Factor advanced are larger, i found them to be more like omega 3 fish oil soft-gels rather than the small oval X-Factor OG soft-gels.

XFA has added omega-3 pills to alleviate some of the joint pain few people experience when running ArA. The rep once said that it causes no trouble having it added it in and won't diminish the effects but help with the joint pain/stiffness

I never suffered from the joint problems with the original, so find it better to use.

Still looking into Xgels, what type of results/gains have they yielded for you guys? I have read the propaganda, and about dietary "timing restrictions" but not sure about actual gains.

Personally never did well on them. I know many people that have made decent gains on it.
