once or twice a week?

I realize this is a low dose, but it will be a 1st pinning cycle for a buddy.
What would be more effective. sust250 once a week @ 250mg or twice a week @ 125mg?
 
Most people are of the opinion that that dosage is not worth doing. But if that's what he wants to do then tell him to pin twice a week. Why does he only want to do 250 per week? How old is he?
 
you can see results at 250mgs a week....but you can see results lifting natty too....250mgs is kind of a waste of gear in my opinion....but you always pin for the shortest esther so sust needs to be pinned eod
 
I myself will be starting the same cycle but i will be running it at 500mg a week pinning 250mg on tues and thurs
 
really every other day is best with it, particularly the first few weeks. Lemee guess that your friend is only doing 250 a week because he only got a single vial and wants it to last 10 weeks?
 
lol, i was assuming the same thing that he was doing that. i told him to save up and just get another vial.
As for me is running it twice a week on tues and thurs good enough at 250mg?
 
well, sustanon 250 if actual sustanon is

1 milliliter of Sustanon 250 Contains:
30 mgs Testosterone Propionate
60mgs testosterone Phenylpropionate
60mgs testosterone Isocaproate
100mgs testosterone Decanoate

so by dosing 2x a week, you are effectively sort of wasting the propionate to some extent and causing more overall level fluctionations as its halflife is the shortest, sometime between 1.5-3 days (partially dependent on injection site as well).

Still its pretty common to dose it that way. Every other day would be optimal, which ends up at 3.5 doses per week, so to hit 500 you'd want somewhere between .5 + .6ml EOD for best results.
