DAY 28 + 29
Rested on day 28, trained upper body power yesterday and i was on point in this session. My explosiveness seems to have returned and compound movements are feeling great. I've realised lowering fats and upping carbs is definitely benefiting me in terms of mood, energy and keeping brain fog away. Im looking fuller today, weight is up a bit, currently sit at 83.3kg.
Tomorrow is my last day for this run, sussed the bottom of the bottle out and there is a tiny bit left. Its a bit disappointing that things seem to be hitting another gear in the final week.

Seeing as my last day is tomorrow, i would post my review and take measurements and i would love some disscussion on my results with others who have also completed their run with TD EP1C.
