**Once again NoAddedHmones** tests Olympus Labs TD EP1C

Again, good info brother. You came across no way. I'd have you test again bro, we want honesty, which I know you're providing. Just looking at all variables that may have had an impact.

All good my dude! 1 week left, let's see where we go from here

Good man, Yeah apologies about the other thread, didn't even think before I wrote my findings into another persons logs. It was also done before i made the three week review.

Yep last week will be interesting.

DAY 22

Can sum this up in two words, great day. Felt fresh waking up at 4:30 so decided to get a fasted session going. Demolished it! Mind muscle connection and pump were fantastic. Used 1 scoop of conqu3r PWO.

Looks like those days of extra calories are starting to flow through, had plenty left in the locker by the end.

Mood has been awesome all day. Weight upon waking was 84.7kg, as expected from extra cals eaten over past few days. Haven't felt as hungry today so hit macros dead on.

Looking Very good my friend!!

DAY 23

Highlight of my morning, a scoop and a half of PES Enhanced which I found in the back of a clothes draw unopened yesterday. Trained fasted and had a great session, sweated bullets and hit good numbers on lifts. My weight today was 84.2kg, ive reviewed my last week and a bit of log entries and it looks like I have gone over on budgeted calories on all but one day. This is obviously now being realised in my training efforts, energy, mood and obviously scale weight. I am holding a bit more water around my stomach and chest but it isn't anything ridiculous.

4 sets on calves for 6 - 10 reps, also did some rotator cuff work.

I am travelling interstate for work for the next three days, will be training at my local in Sydney so BAU on that front. Not sure how active I will be updating this log though. Will try my best, tomorrow will be a rest down however.

DAY 24 + 25

So rested on day 24 and had a good back shoulders session on day 25, i have continued to apply 1 pump of TD EP1C post shower in the morning. It feels as though there is about 3 - 4 days left in the bottle.

So obvious effects with this for me is pumps and sweating during workouts and hunger post workout. Haven't really noticed any profound effects in any other regards. Progression feels BAU in the gym. I reckon i need another four weeks with this stuff to really get a good sense of what it can offer in terms of body composition as four weeks is too short to gauge it.

Great pump going on all throughout this one, enjoyed it.

Being that you noticed an increase of blood flow with the added pump would you say this has increased your stamina or recovery time or lead to a decrease in work out time? I know that depending on the product and the type of pump it is usually one or the other.

I can't say with any confidence that my recovery between sets/ workout times are significantly different to my workouts before starting TD EP1C, high dosed oral definitely was evident in that regard.

DAY 26

I'll start off with my weight, 82.4kg as of this morning. So over the course of 3 and a half weeks which included quite a number of over budgeted macro days I can safely say I have lost weight. I have probably a few days of TD EP1C left, kind of wish I could go a couple more weeks on it cause im starting to think this stuff is similar to how Laxogenin works and takes quite a while before effects come on in full swing.

My chest and arms session was great today, acheived a great long lasting pump. Energy and endurance were on point. At the end of this four week run I will take measurements and compare them against my last measurements taken about 2 months ago. Probably not the most accurate comparison but it will be interesting none the less.

still following! All feedback is appreciated and crucial in determining what version of the ingredient we roll with

DAY 27

Another great day today, stomach has been back to 100% BAU for over a week now which is a massive relief, trained legs hypertrophy today and had a solid session, speed squats felt lighter than last time and hardly laboured through any sets which is awesome.

Appetite has died down now and is back to normal, sweating balls still during and peri workout. I wonder if my drop in weight has something to do with this sweating?

Applied TD EP1C in morning post shower, got my fullness effect when eating a few hours later. There is still definitely a few days left in this bottle, may increase the dose for last few days and see what happens.

6 sets on calves and some rotator cuff exercises and was ready to call it a day.

So its pretty obvious things have picked up for the better over the last week. Actually been thoroughly enjoying my last few workouts and pumps have been ridiculous.

Looks like it just took a little while to build up in your system.

Could very well be...pumps and sweating are good and all, but let be honest the muscle gains are what we are all interested in here and looking at myself in the mirror I can't confidently say there is much of a difference. We will see how my measurements go at the end of the run.

DAY 28 + 29

Rested on day 28, trained upper body power yesterday and i was on point in this session. My explosiveness seems to have returned and compound movements are feeling great. I've realised lowering fats and upping carbs is definitely benefiting me in terms of mood, energy and keeping brain fog away. Im looking fuller today, weight is up a bit, currently sit at 83.3kg.

Tomorrow is my last day for this run, sussed the bottom of the bottle out and there is a tiny bit left. Its a bit disappointing that things seem to be hitting another gear in the final week.

Definitely agree with you here. An 8 week run would really give a good picture just how effective the TD version of EP1C can be. I had great success with my trial of it but look forward to hopefully a full run of it some day to get the most from it.

Good to hear, my experience with anything that isn't hormonal (not that ive used many) it takes quite a few weeks before results are evident in the mirror and on the measuring tape.

A month is hard to make a firm opinion on most supplements. But glad to hear things did start to get going, albeit at the end.

DAY 30 - Final day

What a way to finish this cycle, absolutely killed my back and shoulders hypertrophy session, was also first thing in the morning fasted. Had an incredible pump and energy was on point. Endurance and mind muscle connection was spot on. Moved more volume on most lifts compared to last back shoulders session and felt i had plenty left in the tank. If only i didnt have to get to work.

Really ****ty at the fact this is happening at the end of my run, im feeling like i did 3 weeks into my 11-kt run.

My weight upon waking is 83kg flat, thats a net .5kg loss over the four weeks.

Boom! Very very please with this sessions all things considered, i usually never match night time sessions when training fasted, today i blew it out of the water.

I will post a final review when i have a chance at some point over the next day when i take pics, measurements and make a few comparisons to my previous log notes.

Way to finish strong. I've found that epi seemingly gets better over time, and at least orally with higher pre-WO doses. Looking forward to hearing your overall thoughts and final review.

Yeah buddy, im just rapped that im lighter than what i was four weeks ago and moving more volume, and gained in a few lifts on power days.

Alright guys before I write up my final review, here's a photo a few hours after my workout. Needless to say the last few days sent my veinage into a frenzy. I collected my thoughts last night and realised the last 3-4 days I was using about 1 and a half pumps ED and boy it definitely made all the difference. OL this stuff kicks hard at this dosage for me personally, I went from experiencing hardly any noticeable effects at all to very perceivable improvements in endurance, vascularity and strength.

FINAL REVIEW - TD EP1C

I'll start off by thanking OL for giving me the opportunity to trial this product, it is great to see supplement companies innovating on products. If you followed along my log you could probably tell there were ups and downs. It probably wasn't the best time of the year to be giving this thing a crack but none the less I felt my training was down pat, I got in the majority of my scheduled workouts (although had a few days off together which were made up for). So on to EP1C, for the first three weeks I continually noted slight increases in pumps, increases in hunger post workout around week 2 and at times noticed increased soreness then better recovery at other stages (safe to say there could be a million reasons for these effects occurring).

I noticed no real body composition changes throughout the run, strength progression was on par with how I've been going without the inclusion of EP1C, I did move up on a number of compounds over the course of the four weeks which is pleasing. No real endurance benefits were noted up until the last three days where a night and day difference occurred when I started applying a larger dose of about 1 and a half pumps. After doing this my vascularity, endurance an drive in the gym were all noticeably higher. Its a shame that my bottle ran out as soon as these effects occurred as it would have been very interesting to see my progression overt the course of a few weeks training with that intensity.

So there were periods of calorie deficit combined with quite a few days of overeating from my set macro budget, It is the festive season and the increased huger I experienced made it pretty hard to stick to 2500ish calories per day. In saying that my weight at the morning of writing this is 83.1kg which is 0.4kg lighter than when I started. So net calorie deficit over the four weeks and progression in the gym, pretty pleasing. Significantly attributable to the EP1C, wouldn't put my house on it but it could have played its part.

On to measurements, although I haven't put up numbers previously for people to compare against here is a comparison to measurements taken around two months ago, I have made +0.8cm in biceps, chest girth +0.5cm, waist -1.8cm, Quads -1.2cm (lost fat for sure, looking for jacked).

All in all, I wish I was able to have dosed at 1.5 pumps per day because the effects were clearly evident as opposed to the little 1%ers I was seeing at 1 pump per day, I honestly feel this product could have some merit in providing gains and potential significant body composition changes to the user over a longer period such as 8 weeks. Because the increase in workout capacity alone with provide greater than standard gains.

Again thanks OL for the opportunity, I hope my findings are helpful in the development of this product.

Till next time.

Well written review !! Good Luck !

Thank you for the honesty and very detailed review.. This is the kind is feed back we are looking for
