Hit back today. Still feeling that it's a bit tweaked but got a nice stiff feeling in it :)

DumbBell Rows
50lbs 1 set warm up
70lbs 1 set of 10
75lbs 1 set of 8
80lbs 1 set of 6
85lbs 1 set of 6 (not best form)

Hammer Strength Lat Pull Down
180lbs 3 sets of 6

Shrugs
85lbs 3 sets of 8

Lat Pull Downs
120lbs 1 set of 8
135lbs 3 sets of 6


I'll keep pushing harder, got to get in some T Bar rows the next session.

good workout and when while you want good form, dont be too tight to always have it esp on an exercise like dumbbbell rows in the Words of Evan Cent Dont make a power exercise an isolation exercise and dont make an isolation exercise a power exercise

Ok folks the time has come.
This log has been fun and there has been a lot of amazing people in this log and some fun times.
Big shout out to Nate for letting me log the swole stack and hopefully I'll do it for ya again in the future when I have more time (work kills).

I sat an thought hard between an 8.5 out of 9, I was like you know, I'm not a 10 guy cause nothing in
life I believe is perfect; So then I said 8.5 I was like well it didn't have any major faults either besides acne which is expected so what went wrong: Nothing!
This stack had no flaws or side
effects that I have noticed. It does what it says it's going to do, give you a slight boost in test, you get a minor increase in energy and the glycobol keeps your muscles healthy and full.
Don't expect amazing gains it's not a black market sup. No you won't gain 10lbs, hell probably not even 5, but with eating the proper foods and working out hard you should notice a mirror change. I primarly thinned out a bit but kept my weight. So the stack delivers and does everything it claims to do and nothing it doesn't claim to do.

Yeah had a couple days of pills left when I wrote the review, I didn't expect more results for a couple days worth.
Done logging for a bit :)

There's a few routines I picked up. I enjoyed the swole stack.

great review. that is how i feel these products work. nothing can compare to hormone type stuff-nothing. That said, if you want to be natural or cycle once every year or two, these natural supplements help a good bit and those little gains all add up to big gains. You make little changes like this every year- while staying healthy, joints good, etc- and have a good year- you really make some great progress looking back in one years time.

27 :) but I started late, about a year ago :/
But I'm making progress and learning as I grow :)

Few things that I know of weight was around 195, now around 177. pants size 35 to a 32. I see the other results in my arms, chest and stomach areas but have not done measurements. my endurance is up alot as well, able to run a pretty quick mile. I have been smoke free for about a year now and my alchol intake is down to a few beers a month. I feel I have made dramatic food choice changes and overall health is, well feels good. I did have some blood pressure issues a while ago but I was also not being nice to my b ody. I havent had it checked in a while but I would say its probably better.

Yeah diet has become a big focus for me lately.

I was on an upper body twice a week and lower body twice a week going from high reps light weight and each week going up in weight and lowering the reps.
I how ever liked my routine for this log and I think I am going back to it.
Diet has been whole milk and water fish, chicken and turkey, lots of sweet potato, whole wheat bread, green beans or broccoli and red skin potatos along with bananas and peanut butter and protein bar/shakes. :D
