I hope it's okay to post this here. I did some searching and couldn't figure out where to post cycle logs. It seems people have them posted various forums on this site. If this gets deleted or moved please advise me on what I need to do to make a log. Thanks in advanced.
I'm a 41 yo male who's currently on TRT using Testopel implants and has decided to do a cycle of Tr3st for the next 4-6 weeks before I have implants done again.. My testosterone is very low at the moment, so low that I crashed my estrogen a week ago with DIM and it has remained low since.
I've been back in the gym for a bit over a year now with slow progress and have been on Testopel for about 3 months now. My goal is strength over anything else. I don't care what I look like as long as I keep getting stronger. My height is about 5' 7 3/4". When I started working out last year I was around 140 LBS with a skinny-fat body. I now weigh 170 LBS and my bf is somewhere between 20-30%. I hope it's not over 30% but I don't know for sure LOL. I have a gut but it's not that big. If I flex my abs you can see them a little bit underneath the fat. I will post pics later and update them throughout the log.
Last week my bench press was 3 sets 185 for six reps. 195 for six reps. 205 for 3 reps. Now a month ago I was able to do 185 x 8 for 2 sets, 195 x 6 for 1 set and 205 x 5 for two sets. Then every week it seemed I was getting a bit weaker and Anastrozole was crashing my E2 and I was able to control it with DIM by itself.
For Deadlift, 315 for 3 sets of 3 is what I can do atm. For Squats 150, 5x5 (my legs are super weak) For Over the Head Press I slowly increase weight for sets of 5-8 until my last 2 sets of 115 at 2-3 reps.
Over all I'm weak and hope this stuff works to get me stronger.
For the most part I don't eat junk food although I do eat bread. I'm eating around 200-240 grams of protein, 300-350 grams of carbs, and about 50 grams of fat per day. Total calories range from 2300ish to 2700ish. If I eat much more than that my stomach expands and I wish to keep that to a minimum while still gaining strength.

OTC AI Exotherm - 1 pump x 3 per day
DIM - 100 - 400 MG per day as needed

Himalaya LiverCare - 4 caps per day
NAC - 600 MG x 2 per day
TUDCA - 250 MG x 2 per day
Milk Thistle Extract 1000 MG x 2 - 4 per day.
I've been taking the liver sups for a week now and took my first dose of Tr3st a few hours ago. I took the 25 MG of the oral. I'm going to workout later on and will take another 25 MG of the oral before going. I will take 25 MG of the TD Tr3st after showering before bed tonight. Tomorrow I will start with 25 MG of TD Tr3st after my morning shower.
I also took half a dose (2 caps) of Ar1macare and one full dose (1 pump) of Exotherm, and 100 MG of DIM. My joints are a bit more achy and clicky/poppy ATM since taking them. I will report back later after my workout with my routine/sets/reps etc and how I feel. Probably won't be much to report.
