I hope it's okay to post this here. I did some searching and couldn't figure out where to post cycle logs. It seems people have them posted various forums on this site. If this gets deleted or moved please advise me on what I need to do to make a log. Thanks in advanced.

I'm a 41 yo male who's currently on TRT using Testopel implants and has decided to do a cycle of Tr3st for the next 4-6 weeks before I have implants done again.. My testosterone is very low at the moment, so low that I crashed my estrogen a week ago with DIM and it has remained low since.

I've been back in the gym for a bit over a year now with slow progress and have been on Testopel for about 3 months now. My goal is strength over anything else. I don't care what I look like as long as I keep getting stronger. My height is about 5' 7 3/4". When I started working out last year I was around 140 LBS with a skinny-fat body. I now weigh 170 LBS and my bf is somewhere between 20-30%. I hope it's not over 30% but I don't know for sure LOL. I have a gut but it's not that big. If I flex my abs you can see them a little bit underneath the fat. I will post pics later and update them throughout the log.

Last week my bench press was 3 sets 185 for six reps. 195 for six reps. 205 for 3 reps. Now a month ago I was able to do 185 x 8 for 2 sets, 195 x 6 for 1 set and 205 x 5 for two sets. Then every week it seemed I was getting a bit weaker and Anastrozole was crashing my E2 and I was able to control it with DIM by itself.

For Deadlift, 315 for 3 sets of 3 is what I can do atm. For Squats 150, 5x5 (my legs are super weak) For Over the Head Press I slowly increase weight for sets of 5-8 until my last 2 sets of 115 at 2-3 reps.

Over all I'm weak and hope this stuff works to get me stronger.

For the most part I don't eat junk food although I do eat bread. I'm eating around 200-240 grams of protein, 300-350 grams of carbs, and about 50 grams of fat per day. Total calories range from 2300ish to 2700ish. If I eat much more than that my stomach expands and I wish to keep that to a minimum while still gaining strength.

Here is a list of everything I'll be taking and their dosages. Dosages may change depending on circumstances.

Oral Tr3st - 25 MG x 1 per day either late afternoon or 40 minutes pre-workout.

OTC AI Exotherm - 1 pump x 3 per day

Himalaya LiverCare - 4 caps per day
NAC - 600 MG x 2 per day
TUDCA - 250 MG x 2 per day
Milk Thistle Extract 1000 MG x 2 - 4 per day.

I've been taking the liver sups for a week now and took my first dose of Tr3st a few hours ago. I took the 25 MG of the oral. I'm going to workout later on and will take another 25 MG of the oral before going. I will take 25 MG of the TD Tr3st after showering before bed tonight. Tomorrow I will start with 25 MG of TD Tr3st after my morning shower.

I also took half a dose (2 caps) of Ar1macare and one full dose (1 pump) of Exotherm, and 100 MG of DIM. My joints are a bit more achy and clicky/poppy ATM since taking them. I will report back later after my workout with my routine/sets/reps etc and how I feel. Probably won't be much to report.

Back from the gym. As suspected nothing special to report. Took 25 MG oral Tr3st pre-workout along with another 2 caps of Ar1macare Pro, and 1 pump of Exotherm.
Did shoulders and legs, and forearms.

Alternating between Over The Head Press and Squats.
Joints still sore and popping so could only go up to 105 and did 3 sets of 3 on OTHP

I usually do 4 sets each on the forearm exercises but I'm still feeling the effects of low T and low E. Even as I write this log I'm feeling extremely fatigued. My joints are still sore but I'm having less popping and clicking. Tomorrow will be doing back with either no deadlift or very light deadlifts. I will be back to record my routine and numbers.

Day 2

Had trouble falling asleep last night. These OTC AI's seem to be legit my joint pain got worse and so did the popping and clicking. Also had slight insomnia but was able to fall asleep within an hour (I usually fall asleep within 15-20 minutes after getting into bed). I woke up to no popping/clicking but joints were still sore for most of the day. I only took 100 MG of DIM for estrogen control. Still feeling low energy from low T. Also have pain in the middle of the left side on my back under my shoulder blade. Went to the gym did deadlifts and back.

Day 3.

Woke up this morning to a headache. Had a headache yesterday too. Also my body temperature seems to be a bit hotter than usual past few days. Went to work and then around 10AM I started feeling different. I started feeling the exact same way when I started feeling TRT kicking in. Feels pretty damn good too. I got off work early and I usually take a nap for an hour or so but today it was only for about 30 minutes. Went to the gym and did Bench/Chest/Triceps

Feeling a bit stronger today so hopefully my decline in strength is over and I start gaining.

Day 4

Woke up to nasal congestion and still having hot flashes. Felt pretty good all day and libido is now way above normal. Got off work and took 25MG Tr3st oral and instead of going to the gym me and the misses smashed a few times and I took a nap. Went to workout after my nap was going to do shoulders/legs but decided to keep it light in volume and do shoulders only as I want to have leg strength for deadlift tomorrow and I want to go heavier.

I still have back pain and I feel like crap like I'm getting a cold so it wasn't the most productive workout unfortunately but I still got it done.

Day 8

Libido faded out last night and I couldn't tell if I took too much AI or if the OTC stuff wasn't enough as I was at the full dose for both Exotherm and Ar1macare Pro. Still had a libido but it's just not hyper like had been. Later this afternoon there was no improvement so I took .5 MG of Anastrozole and a few hours later during my workout it started coming back strong. Still feeling sick but still made it to the gym. Did Squats/legs, Shoulders, and Forearms.

Yeah about 2 pounds or so but it's definitely water. OTC AI is not good enough I'm on Anastrozole now, still taking Ar1macare Pro because I can keep my prescrip dose lower for now and it has liver sups too.

Day 10 - Worked late and have high estrogen. Taking another .5 MG of Anastrozole. Not going to workout tonight, back pain is still nagging.
Day 11 - Back is feeling a bit better. I haven't taken any Ibuprofen for it in a few days now. I also have come to the conclusion that my flat bench press to incline bench ratio is terrible so I've decide to concentrate in getting stronger in that lift by starting my bench/chest/tri workouts with it instead over the next few weeks.

Day 12 - Back pain is worse, worked late too many chores will not be working out tonight. Having trouble controlling estrogen now taking 1MG Anastrozole per day along with 8 caps of Ar1macare Pro (50MG Arimistane), may up that dose to 75-100 MG and see if that helps. As far as being an OTC AI Exotherm is garbage. I had ordered forma stanzol but a sales rep called me said it's discontinued and replaced with a "better" product. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow. Plan on hitting shoulders and maybe legs.

Day 13 - Still have back pain. Workout shoulders only. No strength gains to report. For the most part I feel well but not any different than being on TRT except the estrogen is more difficult to control.

Day 14 - Still have back pain. Going to change workout routine to a 5 day split now. No libido today whatsoever. I stopped taking Anastrozole and increased my intake of Ar1macare Pro. For some reason that seems to get my libido back. Not sure if my estrogen is going too low or if there's a Prolactin increase and supposedly Ar1macare Pro has ingredients to deal w/it. Day 16 - Still have back pain, in fact I have now determined that it's not in the muscle it's 2 of my disks and they're herniated. I will probably go get an MRI's done and go in for a cortisone shot if it's not better in a month or so. It's not too bad and I have been able to control the pain with Ibuprofen and electro-stimulation using and Intensity 5000 unit. I also found a youtuber that goes by the name "Ninja Tyler". This dude is a freaking beast I suggest checking him out and I have decided to do his workouts.

Libido is still rocking and still have not taken an Anastrozole in a few days.

Did shoulders today. Felt a bit stronger and workout felt great and I got a good pump in my shoulders too.

For the most part my well being has been great. Feels just like being on TRT. I was having some estrogen issues though and I was having both symptoms of HIGH and LOW estrogen. I'm gyno-prone and freaking out about having high estrogen that I was overdosing on Anastrozole and killed my libido and was having ed for one full day. I have since stopped taking my prescription AI and been using about 1.5 - 2 x the dose of Ar1macre Pro and for the past few days have been really great for my well being and my libido too. Can't really say much for strength gains though but I'm going to continue for another 3-4 weeks.

You should probably get blood work done instead of taking 1mg Adex for days in a row and then none at all.

You were having symptoms of high and low estrogen at the same time because a lot of the symptoms are the exact same.

I know I ought to but I really don't have time to get it done. From being on TRT though I seem to have a better libido with low E and my dick still works. If I have high E my dick stops working. I'm not getting bloated or water gain either. If I can the time though I will get some bloods done. IMO this stuff rather weak and I wouldn't recommend it based on results so far. It seems it could be a short term fix if someone needed TRT but didn't have any Test available.

Day 19 - Still feeling high E and took another .5 MG Anastrozole. Did low volume Leg workout. I have a long hard laborious work day tomorrow and will be working Saturday as well.

I also scheduled Testosterone pellet implants for 02/27/2017 and will continue to update this log even though I have little expectations of anything significant as far as gains go. I will probably continue using Tr3st for a 1-2 weeks after implants but may lower the dose.

Jayjayu, have you thought about introducing a stretching regime or trying some yoga for your back? It seems like a very constant thing for you. Regular stretching has been proven to improve progress, that probably also translates to a cycle AND youll be able to lift heavier with time.

I am not sure if this is your case but for example, I had hip/lower back pain and no amount of stretching or strengthening there would help. It wasnt until I started stretching the inside of my legs that my back got better. Give it a shot.
