Olympus Labs is one of many sponsors on this forum and one of the many emerging companies in a saturated and highly competitive supplement market. We welcome friendly competition and will continue to do what's best and right for our consumers. Month's back we decided to show you all just how much we cared about quality control by publicly releasing our lab results on every single batch of all our products, and we have kept our promise for that.

However, we recently noticed that one of our competitors has posted defamatory remarks and false/unfounded claims regarding our products and business conduct on public forums. Posting defamatory remarks against a competitor is the worst thing that can be caused by competition. Olympus Labs will never engage in such behavior.

We will not allow such behaviors to continue and such false allegations/defamatory remarks to spread further.

Hereby, Olympus Labs announces that we have already resorted to legal means regarding the most recent matter and have taken necessary legal actions on the grounds of defamation, false allegations, and unfounded claims.


In the meantime, we assure you that Olympus Labs products are of highest quality standards with our strict internal control procedures. It is a sad reality that such malice is created due to rapid growth of a brand like ours, and it is our duty to take legal actions against any defamatory statements made against us, just like what any company would have done if they were in our position.

Damn Straight Boss! Olympus Labs provide awesome products at the best possible pricing. So many people here have run our products I think it should be quite obvious that our products are legit. Oh well time will tell the tale that Olympus will remain high on the Mountain for a long time to come.
 
Amen to that. Love ur products and will be a customer for a very long time tryin many of ur products. You don't hide anything in ur labels and show your quality as mentioned before as well as give the best quantity of the product for the price. Keep up the good work. Your in a good path and it will show with loyal customers.
 
To be honest this highschool bull**** needs to stop. I have been using OL since they have started. I'm still here, why? Bc they work, affordable and dosed correctly. Look at the past posts from OL, they are always honest and straight forward. That's all I have to say, the drama needs to go away.
 
Some dont like it when you sell a full cycles worth of product in one bottle at good price.
 
Whoever runs ol Facebook page knows I had my eye on this up and coming company well before they were on the forums.

If there is a problem with a product, people will notice.

I haven't seen this on any forums but one. ( people having a problem)

Yes and we all know which forum that is. BA is being quite childish if you ask me. Lol also with OL being in the spotlight all the competition does is keep OL on their toes which means they continue to bring out purer, better products. Competition in an industry = consumers win!
 
I really appreciate your quality products at affordable prices. I've never stocked up on so many supps at once as much as these past ol sales. When they work they work! I spread the word to my friends and they are blown away by the value and quality. Sorry you have to resort to legal issues.
 
Wow I just read what was posted on the other site. Not going to lie I'm concerned. Patrick Arnold said the furazadrol was bunk in an email. I'm not worried about the leaky bottles, etc you guys have covered those but what worries me is that they're saying olympus has a connection to Shredded Labs. Please tell me you aren't affiliated with Brett
 
No we are not affiliated with Bret but Patrick is affiliated with the other company in question. You can draw your own conclusions. However we posted the batch test for furaza in our Olympus Labs announcement thread. Feel free to see the real deal labs there.

Please feel reassured that our products are of the highest quality. Simply looking into our reputation with anyone but the company resorting to these tactics, and you will see that we are not only a stand out company but a stand up company as well.

We have multiple successful logs and people raving about the products at every turn. I think you will be very happy with the product when you use it.

I'll just keeping popping my DMZ anyway.. Lol Olympus hasn't let me down yet, and I doubt they will.. I wouldn't waste my cycles with products that don't work or lack standards..

I also wouldn't log a companies products If I doubted them.. That 1 guy doesn't mean **** to me.. Thanks Oly...
 
Is there any truth to nutriverse owning ol? And i do see nutriverse selling celtic products which is strange if celtic doesn't directly sell there... Just asking!

Nutriverse is one of our retailers and has joined forces with Olympus Labs in taking the legal actions against the unfounded claims, false allegations and defamatory remarks in that post.

This is the Olympus Labs sponsored board and we are not responsible for addressing issues concerning other parties and would prefer to let them speak for themselves.

We do understand the concern as the allegations are definitely unsettling but the simple fact we are pursuing legal action against our detractors should be proof enough that there is nothing for you to be concerned about.

In that respect we would like to ask that everyone not propagate the slanderous claims any further by openly discussing statements that have already been reported as defamatory. We as a company have already assured you the consumers that the claims are false and unfounded. We would not be taking legal action against the company in question if this were not the case.

The entire matter is being taken care of legally. As such it is inappropriate for us to discuss the details of this legal matter any further in an open forum, as we want to handle this as professionally and appropriately as possible.

We respectfully ask that any further questions regarding any concerns related to any false allegations, defamatory remarks, and unfounded claims mentioned in that post are sent privately to the Olympus Labs Reps instead of in an open forum so further remarks do not become actionable items in the legal matter.

Again thank you to all of our loyal customers. You are what has made Olympus Labs a success and we promise to continue to give you the excellent products you have become accustomed to.

ADMIN EDIT: Closed. Once any legal action has taken place, discussion of the issue between the parties is done on AM. If there is a resolution or any change, it can be open back up again.
