OLYMPUS LABS GETTING JD RIPPED WITH DERMATR3N !!

Another bad day.... I am going to try something different tomorrow before I decide it is my anxiety meds... I just finished up the TD Tren. Before I was splitting the dose, half from the TD the other from caps. Now I am taking the whole dose from caps. I wonder if it is possible I am getting more of the "active" in my system taking all caps, than when I was using Dermatren? And because of that it is affecting my anxiety?
The only way I will know is to lower or drop the dosage completely of Tren and see. I will skip my dosage tonight and not take it at all tomorrow. I have a family reunion to go to on Saturday, so I really need to get this under control!!

Got back in the gym today. Only dosed the Epi, but dosed it at 75mg which is higher than I have ran it before. Surprisingly I haven't had to many bad back pumps. That is what always kept my dosage down before. I am very tight from morning to night though. Like having a full day pump. I say that , but when I get in the gym, I am crazy pumped haha!!

I am not sure if I am getting weaker on the Ez bar curls with negatives from doing them every week, or I am just to pumped by the time I do them. I only got sets of 5 this week, and I was having to use a little body motion to get the curl up, then concentrate on the negatives. Which I guess is ok, as long as the negatives are correct, but I wasn't having to do them that way last week?
Also I dropped the Tren and my anxiety issues were a lot better today. I don't want to blame it all on the tren, since i have been on it for way over a month, but I think it was a combo of it and my new meds. I'll know next time I run it, and maybe not dose it as high. I only had around a week anyway, but sucks having to drop it.


I continue to have people comment on my size. I had a guy today at the gym ask me how much bigger I was going to get :) He asked what I had been doing. I said eating!! Don't think he believed me LOL
 
I remember growing up, when I first staring working out, asking the bigger dudes how to get big like that.

They said protein, usually.

Well it's been a long couple days, on top of that I haven't had any internet service for a few days. So I not only haven't been able update my log, but been hard to be active in others. Although I have been trying to keep up on my phone, it still sucks.
I did get in a good back workout Saturday and just got home from doing legs a little bit ago. So I will just update my leg workout.

Added in a few extra sets on all exercises except for the ham killers. I had the energy and really want to grow my legs. Plus they haven't been very sore the last few workouts so I pushed a little harder today ;)

Had some pretty sick back pumps going on even after my first exercise, so I kept hanging from the pull-up bar trying to stretch my back out. I've been taking 5-6 taurine caps preworkout which don't seem to help much, but I am only really experiencing them then. So I guess I will just man up and deal with it haha.

Been lucky here... only side I have gotten thus far is some back pumps and thought that could be from the Hdrol

Ok guys/gals I am going to go ahead and wrap up this log. I do still have a few weeks left of the Epi, but I finished off the Tren which what I originally wanted to log. This way I can get some before/after pics up also without skewing the effects from being on Epi another 2 weeks..
I ran the Tren just short of 8 weeks. Started at 60mg/day and worked up to 180mg/day. Although I wasn't at 180 for very long due to anxiety issues.

Week 1-4
To recap the first 4 weeks, I didn't have any skin irritation like I have on some TD's. I started at 60mg for only a few days before bumping it up to 90mg which would be applying it twice a day. Honestly within the first week I started to notice more aggression in the gym and the skin on my chest and abs started to look/feel tighter. Week 2 in and I bumped it on up to 120mg which I held at for 4 weeks. By the second week I started to notice my cardio being worse. I was getting short of breath between sets and decided I wouldn't be doing much actual cardio during this log. BP also started to raise some but I got it under control by taking Hawthorne berry everyday. Around the 2 week mark I started to get more vascular and was leaning out although I was holding the same weight. Week 3 my strength starts to move up and continues through out the log. Jump forward to week 4, I upped the dose to 150mg Tren and started Epi.

After moving up to 150mg a day everything fell into place. My strength was skyrocketing as you could tell by my bench and squats sessions. Libido was through the roof, I was leaning out while gaining size, and my hunger started to increase. I decided after a few weeks of 150 I would bump it on up to 180 and see how I did. Well things went down hill from there. My sleeping pattern got all screwed up, my anxiety was horrible, and I just didn't feel right. Now granted I did change my anxiety meds and was dealing with it, but after dropping the tren everything but my sleep has normalized. Even though I couldn't handle that high of a dose, I am seeing other run it there or higher with no problems, so it is possible.

I started off in a calorie deficit and although they were low I was holding my weight and leaning out. I believe about week 4 I started upping my cals and starting putting on some weight, but was still leaning out. I deffinately got a recomp out of this. And if I ever decided to full on diet I will run it for sure. I was back and forth through this log on what I wanted to do, diet/recomp/lean bulk, so I didn't take full advantage of either. But as we all want to do I lost some BF while gaining some size!!! My weight only went from 199 to 205, but I will let the pics speak for them selves. ;)

I want to thank OL again for letting me log this and hope I get to log some of their products in the future!!

Thanks everyone. As I said on another forum if I would of made up my mind and either went full on cut, recomp, or bulk through the log I think I could of made even better progress. I know now what the stack can do for me in the future though ;)
 
Agreed. I am sitting in week 5 @ 210mg of Tr3n per day. I know next time I will move up the dosing ladder way quicker.

Damn, and I never made it past 180mg :D

I did talk with my doc over the weekend, outside of his office ;) and he said maybe he will just put me on Xanax PRN if I want. A lot of my anxiety is situational so I may go that route. I have my yearly physical tomorrow so we will decide then.




On a good note, I switched to Layne Norton's Power/Hyper routine today. I wanted to see where my strength was with my bench, but didn't push it to hard either. I was very happy. Did sets of 3 from 225-245-265-285-305 and finished at 315 x 3. It was heavy but didn't fail. I had a guy spotting my and he said it looked like I just got warmed up haha. Though I didn't want to push it past there, my heaviest workings sets for awhile was doing paused bench with 245.

Smart idea I messed my shoulder up pretty good when i hopped on 5-3-1 and went up to 305x3 when I had only been up to 245 for reps recently. I would maybe hang out at 315 and get up to 5 reps or something before moving up just to be safe. Take a few weeks to get the tendons used to that kind of weight. It is a huge jump at 70 lbs higher than you have been toying with.

I hear ya. Guy at work told me I have been pretty edgy for two weeks now. Things just seem to get to me rather quick. Suppose another sign it is working well lol
