Olympus Labs EP1C UNLEASHED! Next Generation Epicatechin!

I started the td last night. Is it just the first few pumps that come out completely liquid or is the whole bottle like that?
 
Another newbie question wrt the td...would it be considered standard practice to cut open the bottle when there are no pumps left and wipe out every last bit of goodness with ones finger?

I always do this...........I'm Cheap !!
 
I think I've decided to extend to 8 weeks+ I'm liking my results and with my diet being such a deficit and high volume program with cardio... I'm afraid to try working out with out epic haha. The endurance is bananas

Went to go order some and can't find any! Ahh what can I do? I'm gonna be out of my first bottle soon... Any ideas/anyone have a spare to sell?

I'm loving it on a carb cycle caloric deficit for cutting. I'm getting more vascular and fuller muscles daily and losing body fat and weight at a rapid pace. My endurance is thru the roof... I'm putting in grueling sessions at the gym and then coming home to kayak after work! Im down 3 pounds In a week but look bigger and fuller.... Win

I haven't even started taking EC yet lol

lol wot a fukn noob...i assumed the td canister-dispenser-thingy was plastic, it just arrived and it metal...will it explode and destroy everything within a 3mile radius if i puncture it?

Exactly. Vascularity, muscle fullness, endurance. What's not to like?
 
Silly question, but is it recommended to increase calories while running this like ABE or ARA for example?
 
Anything that increases the bodies natural ability to turn over protein and create an anabolic environment MAY require increased calories BUT in saying that, depends on your goals. If you wanna cut, eat at maintenance and train hard and you'll get you will lean out and vice versa with bulking and lean mass gains.

Never a dumb question. As -epi is a new(ish) compound well at least it's now known potential, it was a warranted question.

Someone else had mentioned this but it's incredible on my high carb days (cutting) so only tops out at 120-150g but dayumm the veinage following the meal is nice
 
Another piece of feedback for you all...
Due to my schedule I plan on doing hiit in the am and weights in the PM rather than combining them into one workout. I just did my hiit session (15 rounds of varying intervals) and I did NOT take any unleashed as I am saving it for the weights later.... Let's just say it was NOT as easy as it has been since taking the unleashed prior to doing hiit.... I didn't realize it until I was racking my brain trying to figure out why I'm sucking wind and fatiguing... Then it hit me that I didn't take unleashed yet today.

Whats your doseages like on the TD.

Right now I have my sister at 1ml morning and 1ml 1hr pwo. Shes in her 1st week.

Is your sister showering after workout? That may not be a good dosing protocol. Have her alternate between once in the AM after showering and once post workout after showering.

Is the showering reccomendation due to the opening of the pores? Is applying post-shower more important for absorption and overall effect than applying prewo? I would seriosly consider showering twice per day if this were the case...

I think its since the water may run off the cream if it didn't have wnough time to dry.

Yes preworkout opens up pores too but if you shower afterwards you're most likely showering off and wasting some product that has not been absorbed yet. TBH though, I am applying 2 pumps post workout and loving it.

Well in that case ima stop showering altogether then!

Might try 1pre and 1post, and shower hours later (I know, ewww, but I dont work with any women so dgaf)
 
Nope she doesnt shower immeadiatly post workout, said she does in the mornings.

So applies 1ml after a shower AM then 1 ml PWO

I will inform her about the 2 pumps post workout after a shower. Thanks!
