Olympus Labs EP1C- Epic or Epic Fail?

Awesome. Are you running 1 or 2 caps? I may have you extend this to a 8 weeker if using 2 caps to provide a more conclusive log

Two caps preworkout solo. I can't speak to any pumps like some users are reporting however my sweat output is off the charts. Recovery seems to be decent but I don't want to speak to that yet.

Notes: sweating out the roof. Body temperature seems to be high. I am always hot even with the air on. I think I am seeing a little more vascularity and drive in the gym is up. No real strength gains to report as of yet.

Looking good man, sorry I haven't been around that much been crazy busy! Thank you for the strong no biased work on the log so far.

Seems increased sweating is definitely a factor with this product and vascularity is on the rise? And drive? Drive, like aggression increase or the drive to do more reps, like endurance type drive?

I wouldt say endurance. I was reading half humans follidrex log and he said he was catching his breath easily. I would have to say it seems like the same is happening for me. Not so much during sets but between sets. Almost as if my cardiovascular system has become more efficient. I also seem to blow through workouts and focus is up.

Right on point here. Cardiovascular is something that's risen and most noticeable.
 
Yeah me too! Good description-catching your breath between sets more so than endurance.

I might do a xgels, ds, growth factor xt, ep1c stack next. Osta kinda scares me lol
 
That'd be a solid natural stack (if you don't add the osta)

Add in some bulk TMG and PA and youre golden

I have the tmg. The pa I dont. Isn't that pretty pricey?

NOTES: Felt weak today. Still sweating like a mofo during the workout. Breather between sets were easy to catch will helped burn through the workout
 
My squats suck. Next program I run through is going to focus on that. Ever since my knee injury I've been mega weak and apprehensive to squat heavy. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, you could always try different variations. I've added front squats into my routine, alternating with back squats by week. I go light on front squats, but it still gives me a great quad workout.

This is a good idea. I think another weakness is my glutes.

Notes: endurance seemed up. Sweating like crazy blowing through my workouts. Excited to continue this on, I think I'm starting to see some results. Stay tuned folks!
 
Ima play with dosage.

Weekends ima do 300mg and workout days 600mg. I don't see the use in going high on non workout days.

I thought about this as well.
 
Would you say it took until about week 3 to "notice" the effects from epi?

At least. I feel like it's starting to show up now. The increased sweating was probably noticeable in the 1-2 week category.

Interesting. I'm on folli right now, about half way into week 2. Others have said they noticed effects right away, but I'm still on the fence. But maybe I'll try playing around with dosage.

Give it a bit longer I am still skeptical but I am noticing some effects.
