Alright so this is my first cycle and I wanted to share my experience so here we go.
Here are my stats...
Age: 33
Weight: 186.6 lbs
Height: 6'4
BF %: 15.5
Waist: 32
I usually work out 7 days a week hitting different muscle groups and getting some cardio in as well. I used to be very large, 315 lbs all fat and about 7 years ago I decided it was time to do something about it. I went on a diet and my new job required my to walk a lot (8-10 miles a day) so at the time that was my only exercise. The weight began to melt off and within 7 months I was down to 155 lbs, frankly at that point I was so skinny I didn't look healthy. Over the next couple years I stayed in the 155-165 range because I was afraid of going back to the old habits and gaining the weight back. Over the last 2 years I have really been training hard trying to put on muscle and reduce my body fat but I seem to have hit a plateau which is why I'm here. I have an access amount of skin in my mid section which I'm hoping some with a little more weight this will tighten up.
