A 50 lb increase over the course of a natty run would be truly amazing.

I have heard that once you pass the 450 mark every 10 lb increase is a fight. Well Im going to be putting on my gloves for this

Got my dermaSTRENGTH in today! I'm staying with other family for a few days but I'm thinking I can make the drive to pick it up from my place
Log will be up late today/early tomorrow and hopefully I can start it the day after tomorrow! (Which works out, cause that's the start of a new 531 cycle)
