Naw I'm on TRT so I will never be off test.I just bumped it to 750 will go down and cruise at around two hundred. I do a lot of cardio. The only sides I have are french fries or onion rings. I eat a lot of vegetables too. I am 58 years old. Not fat 17% more thick. At my age its all about how you fill out a shirt. Guess I could cut back to one bowl of ice cream eod LOL. Max bench 325
