Well i have spf nationals in a couple of weeks. I expect to place and set several world records!! Training is going quite well thanks to ageforce and coach Wade Johnson. Six months ago I started a spiral down and Wade took me under his wing and am slowly getting back to where I was. Ageforce has some outstanding suppliments which have shown me that they work!! Tried a bunch of suppliments, but nothing with results like this. They have patches which gets 100% of the suppliment to you instead of being diluted by the gutt. If you would like more info on both drop me an email. I am not 0one to recommend things that dont work and boith of these are diamonds in the rough!!
