I got my THE 1 and DermaFURY in.
1 bottle of THE 1 and 2 DermaFURY

layout for strength gains and body recomp:-
THE 1 100/100/100/100/125/125
DermaFURY 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 150/150


My question is i need to work out OPTIMAL dosing for my different training times

1. train at 7am and;
2. train at 5:30pm and;
3. train at both times in the 1 day (I.e double session)

I have been doing 1/2 pump pre with derma and 50mg THE 1 both 45 mins prior after a quick wash and scrub.
I shower after training at both times so I can apply after but what about before if training 2 times a day?
 
I have applied dermafury both before and after workouts, and can definitely say that I prefer the pre workout application. I apply 1 pump (2ml) before every workout and only dose once a day. Just from personal experience, I would say to opt for the preworkout dosing. 1/2 pump before each workout or a full pump before your main workout and you're set. The pumps can get nasty!

I'm not very familiar with that one. If you are dosing twice a day, you might as well take advantage of the added boost dht can give and take them both pre workout as well. Don't hold me to that though, hopefully a rep for the company can give you better insight for that one! Maybe something like 50mg before your morning workout, 25mg around lunch, and 25mg before your next workout. Or a 50/50 split.
