There's this Filipino restaurant by my house and it's so delish! They have this shaved ice with ice cream dessert and beans at the bottom that is sooooo good! I'm not a pork person and I was trying to make it a little more healthy. Lol I think I may add hardboiled eggs. :D

Ewwwww gross!!!! My parents have been really into stir fry chicken feet lately. Blah... Lol my mom raises chickens and I always ask her how she can treat them like pets then eat them. :/

my grandma on my fathers side (rest her soul :() use to raise chickens too. One day she had to kill one for food, grabbed it by the head and went to break it's neck, and it didn't kill it lol she felt bad so she didn't kill it. Let it live with a crooked neck, how funny is that?!

Dear lawd finally another WF & Quest fan. Love their ****. WF ketchup, bbq sauce, and syrups rock. Can't stand their "jam" or "salad dressing", both are disgusting. Some things are better with 20-30kcals.

Syrups, the pasta sauces are decent the jams I won't do, id get reduced sugar jam/jelly before that lol quest bars are my go to if I'm out and need dat proteinz

Day 12- CNP cannibal alpha
Day 7- OL dermaSTRENGTH

*my libidos up, that's for sure. Wife just has to blink her eyes and I ready to smash. I've become more alpha male in the gym as well, aggressiveness is on the climb.

*i applied 1 pump dermaSTRENGTH today before my session, directly to my chest. And I've got to say, the vascularity this transdermal is giving is bananas. My strength has gone up and I'm loosing weight lol still. Pump has vastly improved as well!

So far this is the EASIEST transition I've made from on cycle into PCT. This stack; CNP Cannibal alpha and Olympus labs dermaSTRENGTH, maybe be my go to for every pct! Throw in my -(-) epi and that'll be the BEST PCT.

My rebound had been great! I ate whatever I wanted Saturday night, Sunday and Monday after my show then got back on my grind Tuesday. My rebound pushed my weight up 19.6lbs after my show O_o

Today, I'm only up 7lbs. So it all washed off! Plus, GVT is kicking my balls

I have been trying to use chopsticks as much as I can to slow me down. I have always had a rushed life and sit down meals were a once a week thing for me, so I became accustomed to cramming my food in. Serious, I eat like furious Pete, washing **** down with water and all. Since I have dropped a lot of things and rearranged my priorities to focus on a healthier life, I have more time to eat, but still can't get rid of my customs.

Wide chins- BW x10x10 (time to add weight! These have improved a significant amount, stoked) (90 sec rest)

Db row- 60x12 70x12 70x12 70x10 (weights moving rather easy, may bump it once I get 15 reps for all four sets)
