OK to take all these supplements?

MegaFood Mens One Daily -- awesome multivitamin
St Johns Wort
Krill Oil/Fish Oil
Congaplex ( natural immune system booster)
Allerplex (natural allergy relief)
1:200 Tongkat Ali Extract
PES Erase

I'm taking all of these except for the T.A. and Erase which ill start taking tomorrow. Basically the only thing Im worried about is the St Johns Wort interacting with the Erase and T.A. Whatcha guys think

Why would you be worried about erase or tongkat interacting with St. John's Wort?
