She was in a 2 or 300 calorie surplus and still lost body fat and she literally hit a new pr every power day. See for yourself:

Thanks for sharing. Looks like she put on most of the weight while on Rad ("7lbs in 6 weeks"), while the Osta was recomp. Awesome results!
 
Mate took GW, absolutely nothing from it.

He's Run Ostarine, noticed mild leaning, way more volume in gym, recovery better.

Yup, that's pretty much what I am seeing, although I got a mild bump in strength on day 3, and a more noticeable increase in strength at the tail end of week 3.
 
I agree with T-Bone, I bet you could go far with powerlifting.

I am 42. Did ostarine twice. It has really worked for me. I lost 2 inches off my waist and got bigger in the arm, chest, and back. I am not a beginner. Been working out since the 90s. Family and Graduate school have caused me to gain too much weight at times. Did the real stuff back in the day. Ostarine is a weaker version of it.
 
Gained 21 pounds on LGD and RAD. Currently in week 2 of pct so not sure how much I will end up keeping, but I know it will definitely be way more than where I started.
