Yup, that's pretty much what I am seeing, although I got a mild bump in strength on day 3, and a more noticeable increase in strength at the tail end of week 3.
I pretty much did disappear lol weighed 150 and was 6 or 7% body fat. Hit a 435 pound deadlift and a 385 pound squat at 150 pounds. Not huge numbers but I was happy with them
I am 42. Did ostarine twice. It has really worked for me. I lost 2 inches off my waist and got bigger in the arm, chest, and back. I am not a beginner. Been working out since the 90s. Family and Graduate school have caused me to gain too much weight at times. Did the real stuff back in the day. Ostarine is a weaker version of it.
Gained 21 pounds on LGD and RAD. Currently in week 2 of pct so not sure how much I will end up keeping, but I know it will definitely be way more than where I started.
