lol i smoked for the first time in 3 months
i do it like once a week and the next day i sweat my ass off with cardio and down some buckets of water lol (or it is my rest day lol) but yea i check my nips to make sure nothing happens but it only irritates gyno so if you dnt have any you should be good its a social thing it makes thing alott funner id rather do that than be drunk cuz i still have functions and your adrenailine can take it away pretty quick too
(saw some fights at a party and it killed it lol)
 
what r u worried about gyno with it, it doesnt cause real gyno, when u stop it goes away.


try some DIM or tran-reservatrol to have a nice safe anti-estrogen, i might get some of this stuff.
 
im 18 be 19 at end of march been working out for almost 2years :) in january yea my back nice but lats are what other ppl have said
i have thick skin and that takes away from defintion and vascularity idk if using like a diuretic would help me with that or idkkk
yea i been doing pulldowns more often lately after someone addressed that

yea i had an inguinal hernia and it died :( but the other is a master chief :D lol so yea it holds down the fort i was like 1 or 2 got a nice scar

yeah, they should give you a copy of it, its part of your medical records.
 
Hey i didn't have time to read the whole log but I'm also 19, just starting college and thought I'd let you know that i can vouch for the guys that say eat eggs. After 6 weeks of an unlimited supply of hardboiled eggs in the DC, along with plenty of other clean calories, Im up 10 lbs- definately not all muscle, but strength is up also. Its not available yet, but look into Torabolic (google search should return all you need to know about it) anyway the stuff looks legit and I plan on trying some out in January when it becomes available, so keep in touch ill let you know how it goes. Also, if you haven't already, look into a nutrient partitioner like Anabolic Pump, Insulean -K, or SLIN, those should all be safe for guys our age. Happy lifting!
