Can you guys give me some advise on dosages and times? I have 2 bottles each of MFX and HD. One of Retain. I go to bed at 11:30pm to midnite. Wake up around 8am. Work out at about 8pm. I'm 6-02 and 185 lbs. Currently just taking protein supps and krealkalyn. Unsually go to the gym 5 days per week, not always in a row. Diet is pretty good.

Yo, I'm on it!!

Here's a crack at dosing for you:

Wake-up: 1 MFX, 1 HX2, 1 R2
1pm: 1 MFX, 1 HX2, 1 R2
Pre-w/o: 2 MFX
Pre-bed: 2 HX2

That should carry you pretty far. If you plan on taking this for 8 weeks, you could taper the MFX to 2/day for the first and last week. Usually, we say to take a 2-week break at about week 6, as your body gets used to the effects of divanil after about 6 weeks. But if you're running just the two bottles, you could either end it at 6 weeks, up-dosing MFX to 6/day in the middle of the run (week 3-4), or just run it out. Up to you, man!

Anything else we can help you with, just let us know!!

Wow...that was almost too easy!! Any other questions along the way, just let us know!! We're here for ya, man. Best of luck!!!!!

Appreciate it...hopefully the products will speak for themselves! It's my first time using anything but food, protein, or creatine. Interested to see how it goes.

Since I got you guys here...should I change my krealkalyn dosing? I have been taking two prior to my w/o, and then taking a Torrent shake with creatine immediately afterward.

Creatine before and after a workout sounds like a great idea.

I gotta make mention, however, that I'm not a huge fan of kre-alkalyn. While the theory behind it seems solid, the mechanism by which it was calculated to be 10x more potent than normal creatine monohydrate is yet to replicated in real-life applications. (Kre-alkalyn is Creatine Monohydrate + buffering agents, in case anyone was wondering).

how much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood??????????

It actually depends on the wood said woodchuck is planning on chucking. Maple seems to be their specialty. So to answer your question, 29.

Living within 75 miles of Punxsatawny, PA where the world's most famous "woodchuck" lives, I can honestly tell you that woodchucks are far better at "chucking" soil. A "woodchuck", or groundhog as they are also called, burrow large holes into the ground, creating a series of tunnels. They usually have 2-3 openings, with one main opening being quite large. These openings are often relatively hidden in fields and hillsides where large grasses shroud them from view. These holes are often very dangerous for folks walking around, as legs can fall completely down, causing anything from twisted ankles to broken legs. Dairy and horse farmers often hate them because their livestock can fall in just the same.

So to answer your question....none. Woodchucks don't like wood. :)

And they are terrible at predicting the end of winter, too....

Yeah, I'm not completely sold on it either. I have been getting stronger while taking, but I have also altered my diet for the better. I'm probably seeing the results of a cleaner diet. I have two bottles left so I'm going to run those out. I think I may be one of the few non-responders to creatine. I have tried Phosphagen HP when it came out, SizeOn and now krealkalyn. I'm not convinced any of it has really helped me a great deal.

are woodchucks and groundhogs really the same thing?
AND how would they stack up against a bever in a fight?

Now that's some kick ass customer service ! They could have just as easily told you to visit their web site and get the info on your own ! These guys provided excellent support and that could speak volumes for the type of company they're repping

They're kinda like different tribes/clans of the same animal. I won't even get into the great Groundhog/Woodchuck battle of 1947. It wasn't pretty.

In a fight, however, a beaver would totally kick the woodchuck's ass. Remember, they can swim, so they can flank through the water for a nasty pincer attack.

creatines can only go so far. I've always felt they've been effective, but the effects are very slight and quite mild, making it hard to gage what all has been accomplished.

I hear you. I will say this, because of the customer service, I have been looking around at other products by the same company. So happy customers are repeat customers!

THANKS!!!! That's really great to here. We try our best to help everyone out, and we really appreciate you guys being interested in our stuff! To us, helping out isn't just something we do, it's something that we enjoy. Sinner and I do it for fun, and we've been doing it since before AX brought us on. Actually...we came on pretty much the same day!! And we actually get along really well with eachother in person, too. :D

As for the woodchuck/groundhog vs. beavers.... beavers FTW. Tail is better on the beaver, swimming ability is handy, and they are much livelier creatures. All gh's have on their side is the increased likelihood of carrying rabies and other infectious diseases. One bite from a groundhog on your pet puppy and it's pretty much lights out. :(

Actually put one of the li'l fellas down last year...a groundhog that is. It got stuck in my parents firepit and would not come out, no matter how hard we poked it with a stick. So, instead of running the risk of one of us or the neighbors getting bit.... 9mm Federal HydraShock Hollowpoint to the head, point blank range. It was self defence...it was coming right for me!!!

Ok, I have been on this cycle for about a week now. Honestly, I don't feel any different. If anything, I seem to be a bit more tired. Should I up the dose???

Hmmm....you're dosing as I suggested above, and your diet is good? How often are you workin out?

Before I just go ahead and say up the dose, there are other factors that we can look into before resorting to that.

If you aren't getting anything by week 2, definitely let us know. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to kick in. But, as I said before, we're here for ya. :)

Yep, dosing as suggested. Diet is good. Actually for the first few days, my appetite went down a bit but I was still eating pretty good. Not sure if it was related to anything. Give it another week you think? I am working out 4-5 days a week.

Being one who lifts for strength first, size second, and build somewhere down the bottom of the barrel.... 4-5 times/week is a bit much to me. I always go MWF - fits my work schedule, and gives me good amount of time to rest up. I do go like hell when I'm there most days, and usually hit 1-2 groups each time. For example, current split for me is like this:

Monday: Bi's and Tri's
Wed: Squats of Deads (alt. weeks) and Shoulders
Fri: Back and Bench

It's just a model. There's so many ways to do it. But whatever works best for you, bro. If you've been doing the same thing for a while, switch it up! I NEVER go for more than a month doing the same routine!! :D

I actually have only been on this for maybe a month. Was doing the back/bi chest/tri legs/shoulder routine before. I try to keep it fresh.

Well, I guess this stuff is working. I have put on about 5-6 lbs in two weeks. Not as tired as I was either.

Just a quick update. I finished my cycle of MFX, HD2, and Retain2. After all is said and done, I put on about 12 pounds. Really the only negative thing I can say about this stuff is I never felt very different. I never had that elevated aggression. After a few weeks, I upped the dose to six a day and still felt nothing. My libido seemed a bit down the entire time, but that's manageable. Other than than, I think I responded fairly well to the stack. And I will say that this stack seemed very dependant on my diet (probably like most stacks). My gains stalled toward the end, but my diet wasn't as good then too.

I am researching my next cycle after 6 weeks off. I think I want to try something different, just because. This was my first use of any type of test booster, so I'm excited to see results from the next cycle. Maybe try a mild PH with an easy PCT or a different type of test booster like Activate Extreme.

Any suggestions? And thanks for all the help.

First off, congratulations on your great results. 12lbs is awesome, man.

Sorry you didn't get that MassFX "alpha male" sensation. A few users don't experience it for whatever reason. Oh well, you're taking it for the strength/mass gains anyways, right?

If looking into a mild PH, 3-AD seems to be pretty popular right now. Something as simple as aPCT will more than do the trick for ya, as far as PCT goes.
