Hello AM,

so i have a question .. i just mixed in 2 spoons of Vegetable oil in my oatmeal .. reason to get those extra cals real quick ..

is it safe to just mix like this ?

if its safe .. should i stick with vegetable oil or pick up some olive oil ?

goal is to dose 2servings (240cals) on bulk

Id ditch the vegetable oil and go with olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil.
 
Vegetable oil is OK to use, no harm. That said, for optimal health and nutritiuon, opt for Olive Oil, Macedemia Nut Oil, Coconut oil, Grapeseed Oil, Avacado Oil amongst others and get your EPA/DHA in as well (Fish Oil).

sweet .. fish oil caps are in my diet .. what would you pick if you had a choice to pick one type of oil to mix in with ya protein ?

I use olive oil or I dump a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter in it(usually very oily). Most cost effective . Mac or coconut oil sounds like it would add a better flavor though. Just expensive
 
Extra virgin olive oil. I just scoop that stuff in my mouth!
