My last order went missing....
Nutraplanet did not reply to my multiple emails when I queried what had happened.
A SNS rep very kindly contacted them for me and I was given a credit.

All good? No!

My second order was missing half the contents....and no explanation why.
After sending multiple emails they finally got back to me saying they will refund missing items....

I never got the refund...

I had to pay for shipping twice
I only received half my order.

Would I use them again?...
No way.....Nutraplanet were a great company. Smartpowders (who they are now), are pretty useless from my experience with them.

I have same issues with them before
but for now they making progress
I'm happy buying from NP , SP

Why didn’t you dispute the NutraPlanet charges with the credit card company and they would have reversed them?

The one time I had a problem at NP...the problem was more than rectified. It took awhile, but they made up for it.

Pretty much impossible to get a refund out of smartpowders (same company as NP I think). They owe me $60 and never ever answer the phone or call back when i leave a message. Also the email link on their FB gets a failed deliver mailer daimen message when i try to email them. Two boxes came with chit missing and refunded written on the receipt with no refunds given

Same. I just had to reach out a few times but they issued me a credit no problem once I got through. Honestly I've never been unsatisfied with my orders, always get a ton of samples and freebees (wrote anabolic minds member in the order notes and ask for samples). My last order was processed and shipped within the same day and I received it in a few days.

For my last order they kindly upgraded my shipping option to Fedex priority at no charge to compensate for the few days delay in processing.

If the company is unresponsive to emails then email then that you will seek a refund from the credit card company if you don’t get a response from them then you will get a reply.

If you paid by credit card go through the company.
I used my debit card. GUess I could contact the bank but my experience not as good as a credit card company
