OH NO! Not ANOTHER Superdrol/PP Log!!

Pumping Iron: If you read my logs, you'll notice that I've been taking taurine the entire time. You almost made me think that I left that out! :think:

Day 5

Weight: 311 lbs

Bodypart Trained: Chest

Comments: A little tired today since I only got a few hours of sleep yesterday, but I wasn't going to let that stop me from getting to the gym this morning.

Bench: 315x8, 315x8, 320x8

Flat bench DB: 70x15, 80x15, 90x15

Incline DB: 60x15, 70x15, 80x15

Flyes: 60x15, 60x15, 70x15

Upper Cable Crossover: 50x15, 50x15, 60x14

Lower Cable Crossover: 60x14, 50x15. 50x15


Meals basically same, give or take a few cals.

Supps same dosages for now...Monday will start 30 mg PP and 150mg Mega-Zol per Tom 185 and Pumping Iron (thanx!)

Sides...1 pimple on my face, no libido issues, no back pumps (dosing taurine and eating tons of bananas)

General Impression: Strength is coming back quicker than in the past, so these supps probably work...still waiting for the big size and strength gains to come. One of my GFs said that she has noticed a size increase across my upper body, especially my chest and shoulders. Can't wear my Eagles jerseys anywhere without people stopping me and asking me if I still play, so maybe I am getting an increase in size.
 
OK, here it is....

Starting a superdrol/PP stack in exactly two weeks. I finally received all the ancillary/support supps (READ THE RULES), and I've already started taking them because I want them in my system before I take these, well, STEROIDS. After doing much research on here, this is the stack/diet/schedule I've come up with...feel free to chime in as this is my first stack, and I welcome all replies/help. But first, some stats:

Age:39

Height: 6'3"

Weight: 305 lbs at 19% BF

Training: About 18 years on and off, coming off an eight-month layoff, professional basketball in Australia and Italy, ex-practice squad tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Major supps for this stack: AX Phera-Plex, AX Superdrol, Generic Labz Mega-Zol (same as AX Prostanozol, but in 50 mg caps as opposed to AX Prostanozol's 25 mg caps), Cyto Gainer (yes, I'm bulking!), USP Labs Super Cissus-Rx, Animal Pak and Animal Nitro (Universal)

Ancillary supps: Cycle Support, E-Form, Fenugreek, Taurine, Paravol

Will post post cycle therapy plans tomorrow as I will finalize them tonight.

I work at night (11-7 shift), so I had to plan my meals like this (I hate the word "diet"):

Meal 1 (8:30 pm):

chicken breast, rice, vegetables, water, 1 Super Cissus-Rx 10 min before eating

Meal 2 (11:15 pm):

Super Cissus-Rx 10 min before eating, 2 cans tuna in water, rice, veggies, water, banana

Meal 3 (2 am):

Super Cissus-Rx, steak, grain cereal (Wheaties) in 2% milk, veggies, banana

Meal 4 (4:30 am):

Protein Shake (CytoGainer) with 1 scoop Cycle Support, yogurt, water

Meal 5 (6am- Pre-Workout):

Cytogainer, 2 servings Wheaties, apple, banana, water, Animal Pak

Meal 6 (Post-workout):

Same as 5 (with 1 scoop Cycle Support)

Now let's get to the log:

Today's workout was interesting, as I had to check my ego at the door. Since I hadn't visited the gym in so long, of course my strength was nowhere to be found...and that's putting it mildly! I did chest, and there was NO WAY I was benching my usual 405 for ten reps today! A serious wake-up call! As a matter of fact, ALL of my chest exercise weights sucked! Now I'm DETERMINED to make a come-back! As far as supps, I took:

Fenugreek: 3 caps (610 mg)

E-form: 6 sprays, once before going to bed this morning, and once upon waking this evening, both times after showering and drying off, per label instructions

Paravol: 1 cap in morning, 1 at night

Super Cissus: 4 times a day, 10 minutes before meals

Animal Pak: with my Pre-workout meal

Animal Nitro: 1 pak before workout, 1 after

My anabolics schedule is like this (starting Mar 12):

Week 1: 20 mg PP

Week 2: 30 mg PP

Week 3: 30 mg PP

Week 4: 10 mg PP/10 mg superdrol

Week 5: 20 mg SD/100 mg Mega-Zol

Week 6: 20 mg SD/150 mg Mega-Zol


Then, post cycle therapy, which I will detail tomorrow, but it will probably entail Tamoxifen, Rebound XT, Mass Fx, and Lean Xtreme, along with Super Pump 250 and/or Horsepower.

OH SHIIIIII i ran this EXACT stack but back when everything was AX prostan sup and pp and the log was run on good ol' atomicnutritions boards back when the owner of Atomic was also affiliated with AX and all these supps just released......

lets say hold on to the seat of your pants and enjoy the ride buddy.... id refer you to my log but sadly it was destroyed when atomic switched hands and the new owner shut down the boards and didnt want anything affiliated with roids or new ph's

space them out evenly during the day. You should also take them with a lot of good fats.

As for the ZOL, again Tom got it with spacing it out evenly during the course of the day.

ya him beelz and big smith were all @ AN n did nothing but look out for noobs like me back then.... could have just flamed away with all the exp they had for some of the questions i used to ask but at least i was willling to do some of my own home work and they musta noticed.... i try to take the same aproach now to everyone i hear asking just above the most rudementary ?'s since some work should be done by the researchees themselves and others are willing but just need a nudge in the right dir..... n ya if we could all have ryan as a PT then we'd be f'in huge.

Comments: I must have gained this over the weekend because I kinda ate like a pig...we had a big snowstorm here in Philly on Friday and, since I was at work, the Starbucks next door closed early and gave me all of their "healthy" sandwiches--that's right, FEED THE BIG DOGG!--about 12 of them, so I ate them over the weekend, along with shakes, fruit, tuna, etc. Plus, I think some of this is also from "muscle memory," and they're responding to the steroids. I'm not complaining, though. Question: Does Mega-Zol make you even more thirsty? I swear, since I started it last night, I've been drinking water like it's going out of style...and pissing every 15 minutes (or so it seems). I don't have my workout numbers in front of me for today (shoulders and abs), so I'll just post them tomorrow night with tomorrow's workout (legs). Suffice it to say that strength has gone up a bit. Also, I'm starting to see some veins, especially in the forearm area.

Hey, poopy...I'm 6'3''.

As far as the sleepiness...since I work at night, it doesn't usually hit me until around 5am...since I'm asleep during the day it doesn't really matter...but that could be a problem down the line when I go back to my CNA duties and am working two jobs...oh well, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. One item of note: I think you should stay away from sick people on these steroids, because I'm battling a cold I picked up from someone else.
 
Day 9

Weight: 314.5 lbs

Today was one of "those" days. I'll be honest with you...I feel like s h i t, and I definitely did NOT feel like going to the gym this morning...but I went anyway. Good and bad things came from this: The good thing was that I forced myself to go and felt a sense of accomplishment; the bad thing was that, this being leg day, I tweaked my left knee a bit doing squats (now I remember why I don't do heavy squats!). It's funny, but pain has a way of refreshing your memory. :icon_lol: I

I can already tell what kind of summer this is going to be: I must really be getting bigger, because women are walking up to me, feeling on me (arms, chest, shoulders), asking if I still play for the Eagles (because I usually have one of my jerseys on and I have wide shoulders), and then making comments. Of course, having the type triple-A anal personality that I have, steroids and women who don't commit to giving up the ass when you meet them isn't a good thing, as I tend to either ignore them or be very short with them (hey, when you've been through what I've been through with females, you smell the bulls h i t coming a mile away). My thing is, if you're not trying to f u c k, get the hell out of my face. I mean, it's not like when they first see me that they think, "Oh, I bet that brotha has a great mind," Hell, no! You liked what you saw, so just be "real" about it! But noooo...always have to play a mental "tug-of-war" with 'em! :duel: NOT!!! Anyway, today's workout:

Squats: 365x6, 365x6, 365x6

Leg Press: 455x12, 455x12, 495x12 (where I tweaked my knee)

Leg Extension: 140x12, 155x12, 170x12

Lunges: 40x12, 40x12, 40x12

Leg Curls: 110x12, 110x10, 95x12

Calf Raises: 290x28, 320x35, 320x40

Meals: I honestly did not feel like eating, but I made myself do so. I won't be eating any chicken breast for the next couple days, though. I literally choked down two of them last night. Appetite still not up to par, but that's probably because of the lingering cold I have. Oh, well, nobody said it was gonna be easy.

Supps still the same: Super Cissus-Rx x 4 caps, 30 mg PP, 150mg Mega-Zol, 3g Fenugreek, 2x6 sprays E-form, 2 caps Paravol, 5g taurine, bananas

Question: This is my fourth week on E-Form. Should I discontinue it after this week (per bottle instructions) or continue for the rest of the cycle? I guess I'm just wondering how long you can safely suppress estrogen.
 
Sounds like the letherdy of Superdrol is kicking in. Make sure you get enough sleep and take a nap if possible during the day. There is no real way to combat it other then upping your carb intake...

Looks like things are coming along nicely though...
 
Day 10

Weight: 313.75 lbs

Actually, PI, I'm only on my second week of PP. I haven't begun the Superdrol and won't begin it for another week-and-a-half. I can only imagine what the lethargy on superdrol will be like, though. The reason I asked the question about the E-Form, though, is because I pre-loaded it along with all the other ancillary supps for two weeks before I began PP, so I was wondering if I should discontinue it or continue to use it throughout the remainder of my cycle.

Comments: Strength continues to go up, not explosively like I'm expecting to get on SD, but rather continuously in small increments. Steady increases in size and definition as well, based upon reactions I'm getting from people. Still battling a slight cold, but no other real sides to report at this point. I'll see ya tomorrow!
 
Oh, damn, I loved PP, didn't get any lethergy til i brought it up to 30mgs...

As for the E-Form, I'm not sure what you are intending to use it for...Gyno prevention? If so, keep it going. If not, save it for PCT.

Still battling a cold, but I refuse to skip da gym. I made a commitment, and, dammit, I'm sticking to it. Still taking all my supps (bumping Zol up on Monday to 200 mg, still 30 mg PP), and trying to eat. It's just not easy, especially when you're sick, to shovel all those calories down your throat. Whine, whine...

Today's workout was chest, and my strength is slowly coming back...Super Cissus-Rx is DA BOMB!!! I don't have the joint pain that I'd usually have in my elbows, and my knee pain from the other day is almost gone, as well.

Bench: 365x6, 365x5, 335x6

DB Press: 90x12, 100x12, 110x12

DB Incline: 90x12, 100x12, 110x10

Flyes: 65x12, 65x12, 65x12

Upper Cable Crossover: 60x12, 70x10, 60x12

More Comments/Sides: I think the PP is giving me some lethargy...I'll need to eat some more carbs to combat that. Although, I must say, the energy drink (Mega-Power) half an hour before I get off at 7 usually combats that. Libido still OK, thanks to the E-Form, Fenugreek, and Paravol. Running out of Cycle Support and Cytogainer. I'm thinking of trying Real Gains protein powder, so time to hit up my GFs for some ends.
I'm off tomorrow night so I'll post again on Sunday night.

No workout today...went to the gym yesterday and did some ancillary bodypart work (forearms, calves, weak bodyparts). Tomorrow, chest...switching things up a bit. Funny thing, though: all my weights on exercises EXCEPT bench are through the roof, including a couple of PRs on triceps skull-crushers. My bench strength isn't all the way back, but it's coming back faster than in previous layoffs. I guess it's just a matter of time...

General Impression: I'm pleasantly surprised. I must say that when I first started, I wasn't expecting much. Up 6.5 lbs in two weeks and much better definition...wow! Bring on the Superdrol next week...then again, maybe I should be careful what I'm asking for.

People are really starting to notice...I saw two of my ex-GFs over the weekend (yes, I slept with one), and they couldn't believe the changes as they hadn't seen me in a couple of months! One correctly guessed that I was using steroids and started to CRY...saying that I had no idea what I was doing to my body, etc...because she's a LPN. I reminded her that nothing must have happened to my D I C K because she was sure howling, screaming and cumming when we were "in the mix." Oh, well, I wasn't trying to get back together with either one of those witches (no matter how much they begged), I just wanted some ass.

Any more good sources of protein? I am now officially sick of chicken breasts and refuse to choke down any more of them for at least a month. Until tomorrow...

When I was on sd I ate tons of beans for a good source of protein. And I agree with Luke, if you start telling people you take sd (especially girlfriends) they will overreact and all the guys in the gym that aren't as big as you will say the only reason your huge is because you're a roid freak.
 
Hey, Luke and colindep...you're right, but I'm sure she wouldn't spread that around. I won't be telling anyone else, though. A little paranoia goes a long way. By the way, what kind of beans are you referring to? If that's the case, I guess I can start eating cans of chili, right (kidney beans)?

Meals: Diet was s****y today, but I find that eating a bit of junk on the weekends fills me out more (?). Besides, it breaks the monotony of the foods I've been eating during the week, when I'm much more regimented. Oh, well, can't eat clean ALL of the time. At least I stopped drinking soda a month ago(and I don't miss it, either).


General Impression: Bench strength starting to come back...this stuff is definitely the real deal. Cautiously anxious to start superdrol next week. Haven't had much in the way of sides, just minor lower back pain (bananas and taurine usually alleviate this) and an occasional headache (usually alleviated by ingesting carbs). Libido is OK, thanks to Paravol, fenugreek and Cialis. Please forgive me for my crappy diet today...I'll try to do better tomorrow. Later...83
 
I was referring to kidney beans, lima beans, black beans, chick peas and Im sure there are many others. I would generally just mix them up in a huge salad at the beginning of the week with olive oil, basil, and wine vinegar. I'll try and find the recipe for you because its damn good.

Today's workout was nothing to brag about because I didn't have all that much energy, largely in part because I didn't eat all that much. I'll fix that problem tonight and tomorrow, however. Besides, this was my first back workout on PP and it did show some promise. Need to buy another can of protein tomorrow...the GF is paying!

Strength seemingly continues to steadily, slowly climb, so we'll see...if the stories I've read about strength jumping up very quickly on SD are true, I'll have to monitor my progress very carefully, especially on the bench press...no sense in setting a PR and then tearing a pec. This week's supps are: AX Liver Support, 10 mg SD, 10 mg PP, 5g taurine, Super Cissus-Rx, 4g Fenugreek, Paravol, E-Form, 200 mg Mega-Zol, Cycle Support (gotta order another can!!), Animal Nitro and

With supps (OK, designer steroids), workouts and whatnot like this, this promises to be one HELL of a summer. I figure my next stack will start right after training camp...and it'll probably be X-Mass, Superdrol and maybe Finigenx Magnum. I had a RUDE introduction to Superdrol today...I had forgotten my workout shorts, so I went home after work this morning to get them with the intention of coming right back downtown to work out. I laid down on my bed for what I THOUGHT was five minutes and when I woke up...it was 6:30 pm! Damn!! Needless to say, I made sure I brought them to work with me tonight. I can't take a chance on the lethargy kicking my a s s again!

I had a RUDE introduction to Superdrol today...I had forgotten my workout shorts, so I went home after work this morning to get them with the intention of coming right back downtown to work out. I laid down on my bed for what I THOUGHT was five minutes and when I woke up...it was 6:30 pm! Damn!! Needless to say, I made sure I brought them to work with me tonight. I can't take a chance on the lethargy kicking my a s s again!

General Impression: I'm impressed, looking forward to rest of cycle. Cocoa butter not seeming to help with stretch marks. Strength progressing nicely; can't wait for EXPLOSIVE strength gains on superdrol.

Meals: Sucked today (sorry), One of my GFs took me out to Wendy's!!!

Attitude: I'm already an a s s h o l e, but I've been a bit more of one on superdrol, returning stares at people who I catch staring at me (especially because I'm wearing an Eagles jersey and a big chain around my neck with a number charm that matches the number on my jersey), a bit snippy...but I haven't snapped on anyone yet...although I did ask this one guy today, "What the F U C K are you staring at?" Then another guy on the subway kept bumping me while talking to this girl, trying to get her number, so I calmly told him that if he bumped me again, I'd break his f u c k i n' jaw. He quickly apologized. I'm taking care to keep my anger in check. Still giving the females a hard time when they come at me with their b u l l s h i t. F u c k 'em.

ya id say superdrol is the only thing ive snapped on goin off on a pizza guy that closed n locked his doors 15 min before closing and he tried telling me through the window they are only open for remaining deliveries by that point (yeah right) i proceeded to kick the doors flip him the bird and told him to choke on a d!ck an ill be back in the morn to talk to his manager.... LIL carried away.... dont keep pizza danglin infronta an .s.d. filled pizzaholic. lol.

my only incedent ever and no other supp made me feel that way

Oh only other thing bro, I know it is annoying to have people stare at you and what not but some of them are prolly just Eagles fans man and u know wearing that jersey and being a big mofo and all they are bound to be curious. Now if they're being d!cks about it, shut em up for sure, but man some of them are prolly just fans n' **** I wouldn't let it press your buttons so much

Day 24

Bodypart Trained: Back

I don't have the weights in front of me, and I'm too damn lethargic to get off my a s s and go get them, so let's just say today's workout SUCKED! I had no energy, and I didn't want to be there, but I went...not to mention it was raining like hell all day, so...


Sides: Minor back pain, especially when I'm walking long distances...irritability (can't you tell?!!?), lethargy:yawn: , didn't sleep too well today...kept waking up every couple of hours. Libido still OK, although I swear I see some slight testicular shrinkage...oh, and does superdrol mess with your mind? I'm a bit depressed, ah, f u c k it...

General Impression: Next week, when I up the dosage to 20 mg of superdrol, is probably gonna be a B I T C H!! Oh, well,you can't get to Heaven without dying first, so...by the same token... I can't get the muscle growth I want without some pain and sacrifice. So be it.

Supps still basically the same...this is some powerful s--t.

I made sure not to snap at anybody today...although I came close!

Colindep...still waiting for that recipe! I am officially sick of eating protein sources like steak, chicken breast, tuna, and eggs...I do have some chili with extra beef in it for tonight, though. Man, can I have some cheese to go with my WHINE? Bwahahahahaha....:whiner: :twisted:
 
Chili, pasta with meat sauce, plus you can cook your eggs, chicken, steak a ton of different ways to change things up...or switch the fish up with some salmon, catfish, tuna, sowrdfish, or whatever...

Eat monotonously does have it's pitfalls but if you stick with a clean diet you'll see better results...and that's always been my outlook.
 
Yea I try to change it up with seafood once a week. This is my favorite though:

20 min 10 min prep
4 (10 ounce) swordfish steaks
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon grated lemons, zest of
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika


Prepare a medium-hot grill.
Brush the steaks with the oil.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Coat the staeks evenly on all sides with the spice mixture.
Grill each steak for 5 minutes on one side, then carefully turn and grill for 5 minutes more or until done.

Maybe invite a nice dimepiece over, have a bottle of santa margarita on hand and get it done.
 
Day 25

Deca Done, I'll try your recipe with salmon or maybe grill some whiting with it...I don't particularly like swordfish, and I'm highly allergic to all shellfish (crabs, lobster, shrimp, etc).


No workout today...had to run errands all day. I'll post Sunday night if I don't get a chance to tomorrow. Seriously, though, can anyone answer my question: Does superdrol mess with your head?:think: :fool2:
 
Day 28

Weight on Friday: 318.75 lbs

Bodypart Trained: Arms

I hit two PRs....one on triceps, one on biceps. This stuff really works.

Sides: Back pumps, especially when walking more than a couple of blocks and especially right after working out. Not really horrible, but enough to aggravate me. Waking up several times during the day, lethargy at work at night. Libido OK, thanks to fenugreek-Paravol-Cialis. Short-tempered like a motherf*cker, even more than usual. Told my ex-GF (the one who keeps calling) to "eat a d--k and die," and that her parents "basically wasted a good f--k." Weird, bad dreams at times. I can see how some have referred to superdrol as "side effects in a bottle," but so far the gains are worth it. Bumping up to 20 mg SD, 250 mg Zol; still taking Animal Pak, Animal Nitro, Cytogainer, Cycle Support (ran out, gotta order another can this week), taurine, bananas, AX Liver Support, Super Cissus-Rx, E-form.

Notes: The strength gains are starting to come more quickly since I started SD last week. We'll see what happens this week. Size still coming along steadily. Until later...83

Bodypart Trained: Legs

Uhhh...maybe I shouldn't have warmed up with two sets of 30-rep leg extensions! superdrol seems to give one HELL of a pump, and I had trouble walking after my workout...it seems like my back and my legs were battling to see which one could give me the most pain. Believe me, getting home was NOT easy.

Sides: Back pain, temper (I almost cursed this woman out at Rite Aid tonight before coming to work),shin splints (mostly in the back under the calf), waking up several times today, just an angrier mofo than usual. Slight depression, this stuff is f u c k i n g with my head, but it's all good! Chest tomorrow...I have a feeling I'm going to be pleasantly surprised by the strength gain, but I'll be careful not to go too overboard.

General Impression: Stuff is the real deal, but each individual must assess risk/reward ratio in terms of gains/sides. I gained a tiny bit of bodyfat along with my muscle, but less than I expected, since I am bulking. At the end of the cycle I will expect to have gained about 15-17 lbs.:woohoo: :dance:
 
Yes...I shudder to think how bad it would be if I weren't. I'm also eating bananas like it's going out of style.
