OEP + ReCreate

I think you're going in too heavy.

If OEP lives up to its logs I'd say that should be enough.

Ive been taking OEP for 2 bottles with good results but was gonna finish out march adding in the recreate..I hear ppl always talking about taking the 2 together
 
The recommended dosing is 1 OEP and 1 Recreate in the morning, 30 minutes before a meal or your workout, then 1 OEP and 1 Recreate again six to eight hours later, again 30 minutes before a meal or workout (depending on if you workout in morning or evening).

ok gotcha? so i guess i shouldn't follow the label for both then?
So what is the advantage for stacking these 2 like above vs just taking the OEP at 2 in a.m and 1, 6 hrs later like the bottle suggest?

Due to the potency of the products, you wouldn't want to follow the label dosing instructions for both (ex. 3 OEP & 3-4 RC a day). Two of each in the morning and later in the day is the official recommendation for using both and people have been having great results with it. Stacking both allows for the attack of fat through many pathways, as both OEP & RC work differently. Also, if you don't tolerate stims too well then this can be an easier way to incoporate OEP than taking a full three caps of it through a day (as OEP is a stim-based fat burner).
 
Currently I'm stacking ECA with my OEP and there's definitely no need for more than 3 OEP per day. The above stack though would be a great one though, cortisol modulation/regulation is really important on a cut if anabolics aren't used.
 
I'm doing one each when I wake up at 6 am, one OEP about noon, then one Recreate about 4 pm (to help curb my evening carb cravings).

Like Danieltx13 suggested, you follow the label dosage suggestions when you use each product solo. When you stack them, though, you should adjust the dosage accordingly.
 
Ok. I found ReCreate jumps blood pressure if I stack with formestane.

Recreate, at recommended dosage, should not negatively impact blood pressure.
 
what do you think about adding Lean Xtreme and maybe some TT33 to it for like 30 days?! i feel a stack with OEP and those 2 would be the hands down best/safest bet to lose fat. But before I do a crash test, I'd like to know what you guys think. Sorry if you think im hijacking.
