OCCFan023's Quest for Single Digits

UPDATE 8/5

Weight: 189.4 (+1)
Waist: 36 2/4 in (** I measured in a different place so this isnt a increase, I just felt I was measuring in the wrong place so I went to where I felt best to measure...)
Arms: R:13 3/4(+1/8) L:13 5/8 (+ 1/8)
Chest: 41 1/4in (+1.25)
Upper Leg: R:22 3/4 (+1/4) L: 22 3/4 (+ 1/4)
Calves: R:14 3/4 (nc) L:14 3/4 (+1/4 made sure to take all specific calf work very slow and even focus in on the left leg. And the PRs on legs are showing results here as well :D)

well if these numbers keep up I dont know wtf Ill do, its just feels awsome to be going up with PRs each week and seeing yourself getting bigger but at the same time look leaner.

My scale is pissing me off it is not giving repeated same values (like this week it said 193.5 first, then 186, then finally 189.4 3 times so I went with that. I think I will have to get a better scale...)

With these numbers going I feel no need to think about supps atm, and will save it until I hit a wall (which will probably be fixed by a diet adjustment) or I just feel the desire to add them in (late-mid october mayve ealier Idk)

Day 20 and 21

Diet 100% and 100%

Unfortunetly on day 20 I went to the gym in the afternoon (Sunday) and was not aware my gym closed at 4:00 (I got there at 3:40) so I had t improvise and do very little rest. I stuck to 3 main exercises and just went heavy as possible. I was pretty mad but I was decently sore afterwards and the next day.

Back day was awsome. I PRd on 4 out of 6 exercises and it was more than just 5 extra pounds but between 10-20 extra pounds on the middle and last set (I dont want to post weights or exercises as to not discloses any of Bobos plan...) But I was very happy.
 
Day 22

Diet 100%

My elbow is still giving me pain on tri days so Im a little worried if it doesnt show improvement. I worked through it today but I dont want to go all out on tri pushdowns and such at further risk to injure my elbow. Hopefully it starts to get better (no other works ajitate (sp) it)
 
Bulk Day 23

Diet 100%

Legs were good today (although I hate lunges with a passion!) but got through em and then hit the leg press hard. Gonne be sore tommorow!
 
Bulk Day 24

Diet 95%

Well I was becoming a little to liberal on the eating so tommorow I will begin sticking to the plan 100% and nothing extra. I mean I wasnt cheating on **** but I would have a extra half a whole wheat wrap and chicken and beef jerky but I feel the extra cals were doing more bad than good. I dont want to f this up by gainined unwanted wait so starting tommorow im completly cutting out everything other than whats written down..

Other than that I hit 3 new PRs for Bis today which is always fun and I cant wait to hit my chest rediculously hard on Sunday to make up for the early gym closing last Sunday :D
 
Bulk Day 25

Diet 100%

Did some yardwork and worked up a good sweat with some heavy lifting of trees and such so it was sorda like a body w/o. Duirng the summer I find myself not likeing non lifting days (I like going to the gym.) BUt when school starts back up Ill be loving the off days :D
 
Bulk Day 26 and 27

Diet 100% and 100%

Killer chest and back workouts. Im creaping in on my goals for db flat bench (and I plan on trying out the flat bench again soon to see how my weight has gone up on that.)

I dont want to put up and of the routines or lifts for my goals to keep in secret the program but I think Ill keep a track of 2-3 of the main lift goals n here that I will post up tommorow

I completly blanked out and had a extra bagel today. I forgot it the meal switched and accidently went like the meal ussualy did so my bad...
 
Bulk Day 29, 30, 31

Diet 100%, 100%, 100%

Wednesday was fine workout 100% and diet 100%.

THursday I had a problem because of a USTA tennis tournament and there was no way in hell I was doing legs prior to that. So I bit the bullet and didnt workout (dont like that feeling) and did legs today and will do a improvised home bi workout tommorow. Other than that it is all good.

And I would also like to add that I have been using the Anabolic Inovations protein samples this past week and theres so many rediculously good flavors holy god. I cant decide whjich to flavors to order next.. I have elimanted mango though (only one I truely disliked :)) THumbs up on all other TRUE flavors (plain doesnt count for me)

ai isolate + skim milk= DAMN GOOD!
 
Bulk Day 32, 33, 34

Diet 100%, 100%, 100%


Well everything is going great. Ive been a little lazy on the updates (sorry) but Ill be sure to take weight and everything this weekend.

I ran out of my Anabolic Innovations isolate, but 10lbs of Cookies n Cream is on the way. After that its 10 lbs of Choclate PB.. goddamn this stuff is good.

Im thinking about starting Powerful soon but cant decide yet.
 
Day 35, 36, 37

Diet 100%, 100%, 100%

Seems as if I lpost every 3 days now, havent been trying to just been busy as hell.. Gym, college appllications, setting up this reef tank... and o yea college applications have been pretty stressfull and everything.

I am keeping at it 100% and everything is going good. I think after I weigh in this week Ill have broken the 200lbs mark (fully hydrated but Ill take it :D)

I know I keep saying it but I will be starting a solid supplement stack review soon just need to order some stuff (got my 10 lbs of Anabolic Innovations isolate today so I am pumped..)
 
Day 38-47

DIet 100%

Still going strong and weights just keep pushing up. I havent bee updating like I use to because its pretty hecktic going into senior year (college apps and everything but I think I already mentioned it)
 
i have to ask you...are you getting smooth? I am and it sucks....totally dont have that dry look anymore :( i havent gained much on the waist so it cant be too much fat, still vascular but poofy

i guesst thats part of the game....hmmm as long as i can keep it under 14% bf ill be alright

just wondering if it is the same with you
 
yea I know exactly what you mean. I started getting that feeling towards week 3 and I just figured it all came with the territory.

Im not hating it so much (I still get vascular as hell in the gym) but no longer "hard" as I use to. I contribute it towards the little bit of fat gain (inevitable folks :D) and the extra sodium in the diet.

Ill just flow with it until december 1st then start getting rid of it. Only bad part is that pants are getting a tad bit tighter ahah. I think I gotta lay off the beef jerky, those bags are killers on sodium!

THings have been going amazing. Weight is up (havent been posting them up but have them recorded so Ill start posting them back up starting next saturday.

Strength is still going up and I feel it may be time to bump cals up a little bit.

Will be starting creatine and powerfull on Wednesday so should see some more strength increases soon

Stack is going awsome, but I will be turning this into a weekly update as I am busy and daily just keeps getting out of the picture. I will rant sometimes but weekly update will be easier than daily...
