Oats vs weetabix

Hi guys , i hate oats! Lol could i use weetabix insted? That means weetabix in the morinin and before workout ... ? Thanks
 
depends if you can tolerate wheat imo oats is a better choice by far.however as you dont like oats , consider cornflakes, rice krispies .not sure how they rate on the glycemic index though .
 
Start liking them! LOL. I used to hate them with a passion as well. But they fit absolutely perfect into the macros I was trying to achieve so I pretty much forced myself to eat them. After a while they literally became my absolute favorite food. There is so much you can do to make them taste awesome. Mix a protein shake in with them, instead of using 12 oz of water or milk or whatever take the 12 oz of water, make a protein shake out of it, and then pour THAT into it the bowl of oatmeal for the water/milk and microwave it. Bam chocolate/vanilla/strawberry (whatever flavor powder you have) oatmeal.

Try peanut butter in them, cinnamon, walnuts, almond slices, sugar free jam. The combos are endless man.
 
Porridge oats for slow releasing carb and weetabix for fast releasing carb.
Personally I prefer porridge oats.

Was told by someone that weetabix has high Glycemic index, but don't know if that is true.
 
Lol! I tryed eating um this morning but nealy died ha! I looked at tge back and there both pretty the same :( ok il eat um so heres my diet let me know if its ok


7am 100g of oats with 30g whey

10am 2 slice brown toast with 4 eggs and weetabix

1pm pasta with tunna

3pm gym till 4 maybye 430pm the shake

7pm 220g of chiicken with veg

10pm peanut butter with whey


Im trying to get leaner im 183bls 5,6

imo theres too much of a gap from your 4.30 shake to your meal at 7 Have your shake but your meal would be better within the hour after leaving the gym ie around 5.30

Take advantage of the anabolic window after training when your body is hungry for nutrients and food

replenish with sweet potatoes , chicken and veg
 
Ok bro so after gym photo woth beans and cheese 1 hour after ...havin all that will it help me to lean out more would you say?
