Lol! I tryed eating um this morning but nealy died ha! I looked at tge back and there both pretty the same

ok il eat um so heres my diet let me know if its ok
7am 100g of oats with 30g whey
10am 2 slice brown toast with 4 eggs and weetabix
1pm pasta with tunna
3pm gym till 4 maybye 430pm the shake
7pm 220g of chiicken with veg
10pm peanut butter with whey
Im trying to get leaner im 183bls 5,6
