How to make muscle pudding:self made recipe
1 cup of raw oats
1 or 2 scoops of protein powder
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup of milk
dont cook the oats, throw it all in a bowl, stir until you get a thick consistency, enjoy.
