I just replied to your query in fmbb's log; seems like you made a great start.
you can replace hammer inclines with incline or flat db, hammer shoulder press with a machine press or behind the neck smith press to mid-ear, and hack squats with smith machine or front squats
i just have a preference for machines with DC bc I usually train alone between clients and the free weights are a ***** with no spotter on the last 2 rest pause sets and i feel like a pain in the a$$ asking someone for a spot on a rest pause set
do u have acess to a smith machine?
What excersise do you feel caused your muscle strain?
How are you liking it so far? Do you feel you are doing everything 100% correctly?

its creatine its impossible to measure it. i like it cuz i feel its decent quality its cheap and lasts a long time.
2 diff creatines i think which i hope adds in use. and has betaalaine and some other goodies i think also combined with purplewrath which also has goodies and is pretty decent price for serving size
Would you buy it again? I was thinking about ordering some for those same reasons(inexpensive, lasts long). You ever try white flood?
My major gripe with most supps is they have less then a month supply. I would rather pay a bit more for larger bottles(ex. rpm)

i tend to run GM a few days then maybe take a 1-3 days off or dont take it on rest days sometime and then restart it a day or two or so later. no scienece really just trying to mix things up ya know.

I don't know how much fish you eat, but start eating some fish and/or take fish oil gels. Omega-3 fatty acids are a natural anti-inflammatory. You aren't overtraining are you ? I used to get really bad headaches when I overtrained. Even when I wasn't overtraining, if I worked out then didn't get adequate sleep I still had headaches.
