happy i was able to bump up to 205

lost grip on last rep lost count too heh
Underhand Close grip pulldowns 3x6 90s

was hard
Dips elbows in 3x6 90s

used dbs btw my feet barely had any room and im guess semi pleased but i really need a dip belt
-overall workout felt good. i was able to increase weight alittle on squats and still get 5reps although it was hard but not impossible.
-sldl were hard but felt greati really do SL i barely bend my knees at all not sure if this is good or bad.
-underhand cg pulldowns fried my biceps but not really my back maybe im doing it slightly wrong or something but felt good was hard
-and dips are just annoying using dbs btw your feet with no room to fully extend, must get a dip belt and powerbelt for squats and deads
