-most negatives 2/4seconds
-15breaths inbtw sets veryshort
-bunch of improvements esp in chest bumping up 10lbs each week is huge and keeping reps high
-cant believe how sweaty i was hahah always a monster
-was looking pretty cutup on arms looking in mirror a nice pumped up look but not any actual pump feeling i just dont get pumps from DC interesting
