9/29 Day 8 DTHC i think

Taking 5 Diesel Test Hardcore today.

-note last night sadly wasnt able to whackoff lol just couldnt stay hard late last night so i just wanted to share my embarrising feat

-no agression that others have reported no mood swings or anything out of the normal for me

-ehh i guess thats it ill weight myself now just for the heck of it scale says

-not much to report 5 DTHC pills. increase in boners lol during random times of day.

10/3 my big day and a few peeps birthdays i think (sinner)

heading to court vs the NYPD. for DQing me for stress and depression issues. well all my issues were completly normal and i choose to seek cousil in college and this is being held against me i never did anything stupid nor really implied it just mentioned all my issues on 3 short visits which turned into nothing. still finished college on time and all.

who knows if i even wanna be NYPD anymore. but what i do what is to clear my name so i feel good about myself again. if i win the court case today my name goes back on the list and doesnt even guartantee myself a job lol with the system they have just puts me back on eligiblity list. hired possible in jan 08 or july 08.

and on a bright note starting new job with benefits monday !!! benefits kick in NOV 07 and the second they do ill be at all the doctors i can to get everything checked out.

-increase in some pimples keeps increasing nothing crazy but more then normal face, shoulders, upperback, upperchest collarbone area mostly and neck (could be from shaving)

-leg press was amazing felt so much stronger nonstop energy and power i increased my pressing on legs a lot for the widowmakers extra 2plates on each side and 20lbs on the heavy set for both new PRs

10/07 OFFDAY 5pills went running last 2 days hurt my shin
10/08 OFFDAY 5pills no cardio at all just a bunch of walking hot as ballz in nyc sweating nonstop all day

-nothing much to report
-no change in mood or aggression
-no major changes in anything sexual
-feeling totally normal no side effects or negative things

hoping for a great workout tomm after my first day at my new job wearing corporate world clothes ewwww :P

-venom made me not tired at all, no energy at all but completly not tired anymore and possibly improved focuz whatever that really means anyway

gonna hit the gym at 9pm gotta wait on tuesday night cuz its silly ladies night lol horrible. i hope my workout kicks some butt


NEW JOB FIRST DAY

-welcome to corporate world me
-wearing business attire isnt my thang but ill get used to it reminds me of HS dresscode hehe
-easy day, tomm ill prob do more stuff and get my new phone and pda thingy

-inc presses increased 10lbs again this week first set very happy with second and third not happy with no biggie
-mil presses first time doing these in a while not on smith machine, wow what a difference
-dips wanted to bring these back subbed them out for skulls wanted a change
-chinups diff from rack chins, wanted a change felt nice
-rack deads nothing great to talk about hit 405 but felt wayyy too heavy o well and no belt but im making excuses ehhe

DTHC SummARY
-aggression possibly increased last 2-3 days
-acne aka pimples staying around the same more then normal for sure around upper body and thighs hips area alittle, but doesnt help that the temp increased a lot too and now im wearing busniess outfits
-constant energy during my workouts helps a ton, havnet been wiped out in a while and thats really helping me continue my workouts
-not related to DTHC im sure but catching my breath is taking way too long inbtw sets or sprints

Shin splint Update
-still hurts alittle while walking esp going up or down stairs and ramps grrrr
-icing it when i can and gotta get new shoes and sneakers

apartment inspector for my neightborhood which was just the biggest or one of the biggest real estate purchases in history in NY perhaps the world 4.5billion :head:

-basically im in charge of making sure apartments are fully clean, fixed up and organized, painted etc before the apartments are put back up for rent
-i dont do any physical work but just take notes and foward the work to those that do the work
-a big change hehe ive been doing construction since i was 14
-benefits and insurance kickin NOV 1St.. so i gotta stay healthy and injury free till then !

-notmuch to report, feeling the same
-acne still stronger then normal and i think im showering more too maybe 1 more daily
-this log will end on weds as ill be out of pills then

had my bp checked on a machine arm sleeve at local CVS after some walking did my best to just relax

first reading said something like
137/67 or 71 and heartbeat in 60s

second said
131/61 and heartbeat still in 60s i think

Next workout monday tomm looking foward to it

will be doing measurements on weds or thurs to finilize the log with a writeup and maybe a picture

-got some new shoes for work and chuck talyors lol soo ugly haha and feel funny

-squeezed in my workout right after eating a burger and finished workout in like 30-40mins

second to last day... weds being my last day of DTHC pills then im out, i am missing 2-3 pills cuz i lost them in my room and one fell under the oven lol

honestly looking foward to some of this increased pimple action to go away im assuming the increase is from DTHC itself i normally have acne or pimples whatever you wanna call it on face, back shoulder, chest, etc but during this DTHC log it totally increased along with increase in facial oil and possible most likely body oil production

not sure if im including any pictures at the end of this log, maybe if i feel like shaving after my workout tomm who knows

my weight has for the most part stayed the exact same since starting this log almost 3.5 weeks ago which is good and bad, i have noticed lately that i belive my bodyfat to have dropped 1-2 percent which i am very gratefull for

i contriubute bodyfat drop to DTHC, my new job 5days of lots of walking and sweating in busniess outfit soo combination of that and increased carbs actually possible lost bodyfat, havent weight myself in a day or two

weight as of 930pm is 210 right before dinner meal

ill weight myself in morning empty tummy

-increased acne aka pimples i dont have acne but think its the same ?
-increased endurance in gym (dont get fatiuged as easy or at all)

-as mentioned right above my measurements are about identical to when starting and in some situations went up slightly while going down slightly in others
-bodyfat gained or lost is hard to say but towards the end of the cycle plus my new job of the last 2 weeks ive been walking a bunch and the heat skyrocketed again in nyc and i sweat my ass off all day long so i think i dropped alittle Bodyfat
-i notice more shape and slight defintion in my shoulders esp when im in the shower

Workouts And Endurance
-hit a few PRs while on this log which is great, squat, SLDL, and bench if you want to call slow negatives PRs cuz this is new to me the past couple months compared to just fast reps
-nothing noticed from cardio the little running i did before my shins gave out
-i never got fully fatigued in gym during my workouts i normally do thats a huge plus
-endurance during workouts was great, nonstop high flow of energy to work with nothing amazing but steady allowed me to really tune in and finish all workouts

Side Effects and Appearance
-increased strength, but not major
-increased acne aka pimples all over (mostly high torso)
-increased sexual dreams
-no change in aggression
-no change in moods that i could tell
-no change in erections, size, hardness etc anything noticeable

Workout Notes
-totally destroyed many training records with 1 of them being current personal bests because im still recovering to max strength and 2 being a new personal best !

-i normally bench 225 but today i just wanted to get alittle higher reps and that i did by dropping down to 185 and increasing total reps on avg by 12 more reps

-db shoulder press always sucks after my flat benching lately im gonna blame DC training on that one

-rev cg benching increased reps by a bunch i doubled my first set of reps with set 2 and 3 being about same as last week
-underhand pulldowns about the same totally pooped at this point

-db rows got fun, i used a olympic handle thing thats only the size of like a db and i added 4 25s and 2 10s making it around 130 i guess and did some nice strict reps up to my hips from the ground bent over holding a bench with my other arm and both arms got same reps very pleased

FINAL REVIEW

sat today was an offday but i hit the gym

did some cardio, full body light weight stuff, lots of everything but light weight more of in the form of cardio felt good got the blood moving

my body is totally sore all over heh. maybe DTHC was helping with recovery hard to say yes or no but fact is im pretty sore upper body for sure

pretty sure im leaner too while keeping around the same weight which tells me i gained 1-2 lbs muscle of DTHC i hope and traded it for fat this is me guessing but i feel slightly leaner in general

30mins on bike easy for me but prob still high heart rate i just cant go easy its against my nature

10mins on rowing machine taking it really easy i might start this back up hardcore. it is how i hurt my back i think 4 years ago during college crew team but its a fantastic workout for both cardio and muscle building

then a bunch of hanging leg and knee raises

feels good tojust get the blood back in some muscles on off days

monday tomm starts xfactor and poseidon, im tempted to drop DC and go back to 1-2 muscle group a day workouts but i prob wont idk yet its also not the best to change workout routines at the start of a log hummmm any feedback?

-hoping xfactor gives me that edge in building muscle and poseidon keeping me feeling great day in and out and helping to counter one possible side effect of xfactor which is dryness of the joints but only happens with some people

-hoping everything goes smootly with this log, body better stay in high spirits and not get hurt on me ive worked a long time to build back what im up too now and nothings gonna stop me

Here is my Current Routine Protcol w/slight changes weekly

Behind the Neck Presses

-notes widowmaker squats are 20reps with the highest weight you think you can manage to get those 20reps this is really really hard for me so far my best being 185x20 i think

-this entire week ill hit gym often, doing light weights and hitting all muscles and bumping the cardio up giving my body some time to relax from heavy weights etc etc

20mins cardio today...

after cardio up till now 1hour + later i feel lots of warmth coming from my chest torso. not sure if xfactor or poseidon or just me but i wanted to share

would be hot if xfactor is kicking in already who knows, it is also not cool in my apartment hehe
 
weight in morning 211

i jogged to gym yesturday really slowly. nothing hurt in my shin area. so thats good news. i wont take a chance and still give it time

hopefully nice big workout tonight of super light weights lol i cannot wait /rawrr

alright about to go hit the gym, some cardio, some easy weights

SIDE EFFECT WANT TO BLAME new products
either poseidon or X-factor is causing me to basically have a burnt ass lol lots of diarrear etc. Im assuming its one of these products because nothing else has changed in my diet.

Im only having 2 poseidons daily and 4 xfactors just sharing cuz well i share everything sorry !

Tonights workout for DELOAD WEAK

not even gonna post the workout or the numbers the weights were so light haha

did a bunch of chest, triceps, romanian deads, oly snatch and press, abs, core,

attempted Dragon Flags haha but i cant only go down cant go up yet did a bunch really hard but i really enjoyed them too

no real workout notes about how i felt or anything, felt normal, constant energy etc etc

cant wait to put it back in high gear next week
 
DAY 4 X-factor + poseidon

tonight did cardio 10-20mins on rowing machine

im sooo tired.

tried dragon flags again and only did 1.5 reps haha half reps that is my core just hurt too muhc from yesturdays core work

omg im tired.

nothing else to note will weight in tomm morning.
 
DAY 5 X-factor(4pills) + poseidon(4servings)

cardio 15-20mins several diff methods on the erg, few mins sprinting a few mins coasting, some constant good pressure etc

did 2-3 more half dragon flags hehe

then finished with a bunch of ab roller wheel tourtue machine which im improving greatly on i can now do at least 5-10 straight and hold at bottom for a second or two !!!

Monday starts the insanity !
