no i dont my workouts are fine i guess. i dont expect to increase reps or weight every workout i mean that seems almost impossible unless your a total newb or something or recovering from something.

i am at like 90percent of my all time bests. i dont feel bad anymore im taking my way up to the top nice and slow no huge jumps or anything. i did massive ammounts of heavy lifting and stair walking this past weekend so perhaps thats why squats didnt improve but i was able to knockout 20reps faster then normal reps.

Workout summary = good. improved everywhere alittle.
Weight increased on db bench, close grip, lat pulldowns with a good amount of reps to compare to lighter weight

RPM SAMPLE COMMENTS. (3 pills taken)
-felt pretty powerfull without energy dropping
-sweated a sh it ton. more then normal which is a ton
-strength increased as it should anyway but im hoping rpm helped too near impossible to judge other then i did improve !
-noticed look on my arms they appeared a lot lot thicker and bigger esp in forearm area it was a nice sight for me
-thats about all i can say about RPM happy with my workout happy the pills were free and happy my arms looked sick
-i got 2 more servings of 3 pills each or i could do 4 and 2. we shall see another day.

-next up i shall be testing yellow gold, pslim, and neovar ! first time for all of these and any type of this product i am hoping for the best. i wont be on any other supplements besides bcaas, whey and creatine. my staple supplements listed throughout my log

-measurements not huge or super impressive
-weight gain was +7-12 pounds and holding in 2months.

PCT NOTES.
-got headaches most mornings
-wasnt sure what caused these headaches
-tried to increase hydration and carbs didnt matter
-stopped taking restore didnt help
-stopped taking DTHC didnt help
-so im lead to believe its the SERM or something not related to pct
-2 days after pct ended headaches in morning have been almost gone like a 1/10 scale if anything
-other then headaches in morning i would get painfull ones after hardcore sets like squats leg press and other movements where breathing was really diff then normal even though i breath 1-2 times per rep depending on the movement
-my "downtown depot" started to get back to normal at the end of PCT thats the best way to word it. size was restored and so was function. still not 100percent i think but so much better then during cycle and during most of pct.
-while being on only SERM and DTHC for most of PCT i managed to increase strength and maintain almost full size from end of phs.
-thats impressive.
-i did this cycle after hitting the gym again after getting some really bad virus which lasted 2 weeks and totally took away all the gains i was making in just 2 weeks and i lost 10lbs.
-so in reality this cycle put back those 10lbs and id hope to think im alittle more leaner then i was precycle but according to measurements and mirror its really hard to tell
-i feel bigger but only slightly which is totally fine

-to sum up the full cycle and pct im not impresed. of course i gained the 10lbs and my strength increased more then anyone else on any cycle because i was in rehab i was returning my body back to what i was trying to get back to (normal)
-injuries stopped me in the past btw my bad back and shoulders
-i think my core has gotten stronger during this cycle and hope that my shoulders stay strong and everything else works out

-to the near future i will be testing RPM, yellow gold, neovar and pslim for the first time.
-then i will be doing a sponsored log for Get Diesel nutrition doing another round of Diesel test hardcore which will last 3-4weeks.

-i think i covered almost all topics anyone please feel free to comment question or do anything you please im only sharing this to learn from others and to show what happens cuz everyone is different !

i will post some workouts for comparison from first few workouts compared to my recent DC workouts. almost all things increased 10fold but thats because its muscle memory etc etc. i am currently almost at my peak in most exercises. pressing and squats are still off while deads are stronger then ever even though i havent done full deads since before this cycle but im currently doing SLDL and rack deads from knees. which might be changed soon.

alright today was an off day 9/13/2007.

my body is sore all over. esp chest shoulders triceps hamstrings.

tomms workout is 2B. cant freaking wait.

i will be trying a product called yellow gold. i will take a serving pre and post workout i believe as what i was told and im looking foward to see what i feel from it

Workout 2B second time

Preworkout Yellow Gold was used with 50g carbs and post workout with at least 50g carbs or more.

I capped the sample powder i was given by a buddy on AM. it came out to 25 size 00 pills. not sure howmuch is in each one id guess btw 500-900. i used 1 pill pre workout and 1 pill post workout.

-my body feels a lot warmer in general while doing nothing
-taste is pretty yucky but not throwup material as i tested some
-my workout felt totally normal. no high points and no low points
-no huge pumps none at all. which is rare for me. even on no supplements
-workout supplements as always was 20-30g bcaas xtend purplewrath and green magnitude

In case someone doesnt know what yellow gold is it is.

ok. i have now taken 4 yellow gold caps.

ever since the first one my nose got runny. i dont know if im getting sick or possibly yellow gold doing this. happened the second i might have swallowed some yellowgold or possibly snorted while i was licking the tray for extra powder haha.

first YG does. preworkout. felt warm. nothing else.

second YG does. post workout. felt warm nothing else.

third at night same day felt not much

throughout this time my gas has increased a lot. im proud of the smell. but since starting YG my nose is runny alittle and my gas has increased a lot while my body has a weird extra warm feeling.

day 2. popped YG pill pre breakfast. sneezed once and farted twice hahah. again weird warm feeling across my body. no pumps to speak of or anything else i might be able to describe.

i think i got 22 YG pills left. i will just use it straight through 3 a day ! and hopefully report some cool things along the way.

again this is a non sponsored review just sharing how i react with YG and what it makes my body do

Saturday. OFF DAY.

-spent today cleaning out entire grandparents basement gahh. lifted with my dad helping 100lbs or more furniture up flights of stairs soo annoying haha.
-so i got my cardio in today doing that

-so yea just a YG update. this is my third day i think on it at 3pills daily i believe.

only notes. i might be alittle more toned. dont notice any fat reduction but who knows ill take measurements once im done wtih yellowgold in umm 2days on Friday.

-my body is saw from last workout. side are killing me from doing those ab roller things. ive been doing them after each workout i dont always post it in my logs

about to go do workout 2C for the second time hopefully i improve in reps or weight from last time body is still pretty saw.

-ive been on 2 caps of NAC daily size 00 about 1.2g
-and 6caps bulk cisuss which should be 3g spread evenly

just noticed not sure if its NAC cissus or yellowgold but my bad shoulder under my armpit when i sleep used to hurt or discomfort me. it doesnt anymore. so one of these 3 products helped fix heal or something to that area and im really grateful improves my sleep.

so yea i just wanted to mention that. i got one more day of yellowgold left and then im starting diesel test hardcore run

ya know i thought of that while i was doing it and first time doing it. i think i liked it. it was uncomfy to start really digged into my rib cage but i think it helped me bang a few more reps out

felt pretty stable and all

-i took a pill of DTHC halfway through my sleep and let me tell you about the dream i had. actually i wont but it was insane. actually happened to be peeps i knew from college and well one of the girls was all over me and it ended well. i dont usually have sex type dreams but well this time i did.

-will take 2 more pills today spread 6-8 hours apart

-weight after all bathroom actuivites is 210. as mentioned yesturday i had a good workout and look foward to this weekend as off time and recovery

my best is 330 i think and my goal is to beat that within the next few weeks but i wanna master 225 first i used to be able to knockout 10 easy i think idk gotta find my old logs then again whats old logs matter lifes about now not then !

hahah translation. dude you suck just as much as i do at squatting haha. we arent alone brotha. thanks for stopping in.

my best is 330 i think and my goal is to beat that within the next few weeks but i wanna master 225 first i used to be able to knockout 10 easy i think idk gotta find my old logs then again whats old logs matter lifes about now not then !
That came out bad lol. For my size I suck at squatting. Even at my biggest I was barely hitting 315lbs for reps. I hate to make excuses but my height has always played a role in my squatting.

i use my height always as an excuse and fact that i got no muscle at all in my family line of genetics

i dont notice an increase in thirst but im always thirsty and hungry

i dont work for the police. im going to court cuz they dq ed me on pysch issues and im fighting it. they saying i cant handle stress so i gotta beat them on oct 3rd so wish me luck. i just wanna clear my name as of now who knows if i really wanna be a cop in nyc anymore they are going to the ****tters and getting paid min wage its horrible.

word on street is i just got hired by one of the biggest companies in the world tishman speyer and well i didnt get hired yet but thats the word boooyzzzz

I recognize all that police do, and their job is extreme versatile which always keeps it interesting, but the prospect of being killed has never sat well with me.

At least in the army most people respect the soldiers. With cops there are significantly less people who respect them.

how i disagree with you. you think cops die a lot LOL.. hahahah yea right. maybe 1-2 cops die a year in nypd which is about 40,000 people.

howmany teachers die yearly i bet same number or more and there are a lot less teachers i think. might be wrong.

what about any other job. cops dont die more then anyone else unless the worst scenario are happening aka white boy in a bad bad area on duty where cops are treated like poop. then well your in trouble but your not gonna die.

i hope you open your eyes and realize that what you said is soo wrong. its what most assume. just like most peeps in south assume nyc is dangerous lol its not.

In my original post I didn't say cops die a lot, I said the 'prospect', meaning potential to occur. This has nothing to do with location or actual facts. When you are a police officer, you tend to deal with individuals at their worst. You are correct in saying that not many die, or even get injured, but it happens, and when dealing with the worst of the worst, there is always that possibility vs. a computer engineer. Even if the probability of a cop being killed on the job is 0.00001%, there is still a chance for it to occur.


Also too, a cop being killed doesn't mean all out gun fire. This means all aspects including car chases.

of course. but any job has the same percent chance of being killed as that of a cop in most areas. thats all im trying to get across and if you think otherwise facts prove you wrong.

9/25 2 Diesel Test Hardcore

-didnt get any cool dreams cuz i forgot to take my pill during my sleep and instead took it once i wokeup o well was looking foward to that

-havent been waking up with headaches so thats good news as i was having headaches during my PCT with Serm and DTHC so i can only assume the SERM was casuing those headaches everyday no matter what i ate drank before and during my sleep.

-todays an off day super boring haha.

-just got my first real job with benefits starting Oct 8th !!! gonna be a nice change of pace. busniss clothes :( boooo everday im looking foward to cold weather fast cuz i melt in this heat.

and thats about it for todays update bumping DTHC to 3 tomm !

nycste, where did you get most of your info on DC training? Its about the only popular form of training I havent tried. I just want to see the original or basic layout/science behind it.

Seems extremely popular around here.

6 days into DTHC taking 3 today.

1 during sleep = sexual dreams again 4/4 yesss love those dreams only time im getting some play :(

1 preworkout and one later on

-getting random wood often soo thats great. not sure if im back to normal after the cycle i ran of PH or im above normal now. they have been solid so im happy at that.
-im not interested in DTHC for hardons but rather any muscle building properties it helps give with increase in test and stuff!
-either way i feel normal i feel good no negatives to report as of yet and no headaches in morning so far

think ill post a pic soon maybe ill shaveup maybe i wont haha
