hello everyone,,
bit history
im 20
im 5.11
im 178 lbs
12-13 bf
this my 1st cycle

i have being traing series 5 days a week for the last 4 years,
some my lifts
squat 200kg
bench 100kg
deadlifts - 160kg


i have started a test e cycle only
mon-th 250mg = 500mg a week

this is my 1st cycle,, 12weeks
i will be adding an anti estrogen,, like nolvadex 10mg a day
during cycle,,
i will have pct and using nolva

well ill be looking to add about 1o pounds on this cycle, of lean muscle
im also looking to lean out

i dont find it hard to gain weight,, i can bulk on 3000cal

well my diet is v clean, also has been ,,
im taking in 2500cal 250-300g pro 100-200g carbs 50-75g fats

my day looks like
meal 1- 120g oats and 50g whey
meal 2-60whey and banana post shake
meal3-140g oats 3 eggs 6 whites and tin tuna
meal 4- 2 breasts chicken 100g beans
meal 5- 50g casein and 60g peanut butter

i eat peanut butter trew they day if i need extra fats

my Q is,, i no they say you should bulk when on a test cycle to add,, 15-20 pounds
but i was to eat at maintance, with good gym,, would i see the results im looking for,
i have a retired pro bodybuilder, who is helping me out,, with everything,, just looking for some helpful info,, thanks alot
 
Buddy : you need to have more solid meals ! I counted only one ,eat more and you will gain those 20 lbs ur aming for , bottom line if you don't eat you won't put that many lbs...
-@ 20 yrs old no one will give u advise on steroids and in my opinion your way too young to be juicing But you probably have ur mind made up already, do it safe !!! Good luck
