Nutraplanet?

I placed an order through nutraplanet 5 weeks and it still has not been delivered. I've sent 3 emails and even tried calling their phone number only to wait on hold for over 20 minutes and no one answered. Emails never replied to. I've ordered through them plenty before with decent results but I'm at a loss as to how I should proceed. Anyone had such an experience or have an idea as to how I should go forward with this?

I believe they have been in the process of relocating, which is most likely the cause for the delay. They should be back in action soon though.
 
You're right, however, my order was placed before this was announced. Also I don't personally believe that is a good reason to ostracize their customers. Thanks for your response breezy.
 
I know they're reopening soon.

I'd post on their fb page. Not necessarily how things should play out, but I'd wager you'll get a response there without too long of a delay.
