Two caps taken 2-3 times a day would be perfect. IMO

What about the polyphenol and catachin content of each cap? There is another site that sells a product claiming:

"This premium extract is standardized to 95-98% polyphenols, about 80% catechins & 50% EGCG!"

how does yours compare?
