yea, i would be annoyed as well. usually after my 2nd email isn't responded to(by any company, have never has this issue with NP myself) I make sure to call them to get it straightened out ASAP.
Honestly, I didn't have major problems with SP before the merger. I LOVED NP, and SP was a decent company that I ordered stuff from when NP didn't have it and I was happy with the arrangement - but I did see SP as a step below NP. Now, given all the threads on here, and the redesign of the site, etc. - I feel like the ship has sailed. I don't order from either company anymore. Too bad.
I am also with a problem with Nutra.
Sent an email and a PM for NutraPlanet15.
Both was answered the same: "Checking this for you..."
This was 2 weeks ago...
I replied asking for news, and no answer...
