Nutmeg!Ground nutmeg. Take 7 to 15 grams pre workout to reduce cortisol.(2 to 4 table spoons) it taste bad but it works.One of the best ways to fight stress. Don't google it though. Alot of mis information. Some say it gets you "high" and this is false. Scouts honor.Please share your results in this thread!

I wouldn't try this, I took 2 table
spoons before with a friend and
I was tripping balls so bad I forget the whole day!
