I have no leg press machine. All my workouts are done in a home gym. Just a barbell and umbels with a bench. Sorry for the disappointment. I have substituted the front squat for the leg press.
 
Arm day! Those 3 second negatives were a beast

All sets were done with a 30 second rest. These were mini supersets which Mountain dog calls Tri-Sets

in the corner but I also throw a 25 db on it
 
Yeah I usually stab my bar in the corner and put a 10# plate on that end and then rest that on a 45# plate .... seems to work and it stays in one place. I found that just stabbing the bar in the corner on its own started to damage the corner of the building (garage) sheet rock crumbling etc.... This method keeps that from happening and keeps my lady from giving me sh*t ;)

We have ours attached at my gym. We also have a t-bar/supported row stand that can be used if that's taken. Love MR's
