That triggered a constant beads counting of her rosary for one week.

The NPP is kicking in. I know that, because libido took a hit, LOL.
Now watching closely BP -and hoping that rehab exercises + NPP + TB-500 + BPC + MGF fixes me up. Shoulder is at 90%.
Diet is on track, losing fat very slowly while getting stronger. Weight still at 96kg(211.5lbs), 11.5lbs has to go. At the current rate of speed, it will take at least a month, maybe 6 weeks. January are vacations again, in Brazil, have to be beach ready!

Looks good, but I don't see any scapular push ups listed. Give up on them already?
 
Yes I did. The first time, I did 5 sets (18,15,15,12,10) and really felt it the next day. I've thrown them into every workout since, in between sets of other exercises. It's funny how you can workout for several years, thinking that you know what your doing. Then you throw something into the mix that hits a muscle differently than anything you've ever done before. That's one of the reasons I love this place.

Same here! They hit abs differently too. The V-cable reverse flies are good as well.
 
Guys I fuked up!! I finished a my final essay for a class that is 25% of my grade, a few days ago, and it's was due at 1159 pm Monday.

So no big deal right? Well i fell asleep, because i drank a lot after work. Woke up at 1151, drunk and panicking. I ran and thought I could make. I was wrong my laptop was to slow. I missed turning it by 1 minute. I'm sooooo pissed. Now anxious, currently sobering up, and with little alcohol in me there is no way I'm sleeping; and my class is in 6 hours. So no sleep for me and terrible hangover :)

Man I remember those days! I use to have dreams like that. Luckly I was so paranoid that I never fu cked up like YOU! lol
 
Got it so don't do them Like he does them in the video. Just push your butt up and down?

This is how lazy SFreed does them. I do a full push up, nipples touching floor -then the extension.

But, if you can't do push ups due to fugged up shoulders, it may be okay that way. Also look at the second exercise, forearm push ups.

I was talking about serratus push ups. Looks different from what you posted.

SFreed , I'm only fugging with you. :) The serratus movement is basically all what it is about.
I do a full push up, then the serratus push up on top. Doing only the serratus movement is not challenging enough for me.

In the last vid, the dude does not lift the butt -but later moves from side to side.
Will try this today too, even though athlean-x 's butt lifting variation seems more challenging and targets more muscles (?), like lower abs .
