this for ectopower dont get me wrong i was 170 pounds of mass like 2 years ago in my country but i used y lilltle help back on those days then after y quick of the gym and i start not to eat as much as before so i went down on my weigth now i start again like 1 year ago but i having a hard time putting on mass now i live in U.S I TRAIN HARD AND SMATER i think and i dont know what supplement can help here in the U.S

i use reps between 8 to 10 for everything just for arms go reps from 20 to 10 to keep blood flowing because i dont have to much genetics in the arm i rest no more than 1 minute and a half i try to sleep at least 8 hours, drink plenty of water but i am in a point were i having a difficult time gaining weight naturally without any product and i have this product that i told you but i feel that i need something stronger and i not talking about steroid but something to gain a little mass without to much fat and i dont know if novedex could help or dhea for say something
