novedex xt is a good product to raise the T levels and maintain those gains without water retention?
 
I can't confirm the raised T levels, but it will lower E levels, which often leads to a decrease in water retention.

thats not the problem because i eat 8 times a day like a horse but my metabolism is fast and iam 21 years old

Yeah, yeah, everybody's a "hard gainer." Bullsh*t.

What exactly do you mean by eating "like a horse?" Get specific. You may think your diet is great, but if you've been training for 5 years and you're only 140 pounds, then there are three and only three possibilities. They are, in order of likelihood:

1) Your diet sucks.
2) Your training sucks.
3) Both.

Your body fat is great, so you're in good shape. But even if you're 5'6", 140 is lightweight. My money's on diet. Post a typical day's diet for us and let's see what everyone thinks.

You may think I'm just being a d*ck, but I'm trying to help. Your situation has been posted in this forum HUNDREDS of times and it's almost always a diet or training issue. Let's see what we can do about that. Leave the SDNG on the side for now and work on the basics.
 
this for ectopower dont get me wrong i was 170 pounds of mass like 2 years ago in my country but i used y lilltle help back on those days then after y quick of the gym and i start not to eat as much as before so i went down on my weigth now i start again like 1 year ago but i having a hard time putting on mass now i live in U.S I TRAIN HARD AND SMATER i think and i dont know what supplement can help here in the U.S

Saying "I eat lean protein, complex carbs" is like saying "I breath oxygen." Who doesn't eat lean protein and complex carbs? I need to see every detail of your actual diet, or I can't help you.

first thing in the morning 1 scoop whey and glutamine
half and hour after my breakfast 10 eggs whites 1 cup oats
mid morning 2 can of tuna 1 cup of broccoli
lunch 6 ounces of chicken 2 cups of pasta and salad
preworkout :1/2 cup of oats 1 banana 5 grams of gutamine and 1 scoop of whey

after workout: 2 scoops whey 10 grams glutamine 1 bagel

dinner : 6 ounces of fish or chicken and vegetables

late snack 1 cup of cottage cheesse

Nobody is fighting with you. On the contrary, we're trying to help, which requires a certain amount of information from you. Plus there's a bit of a language barrier here that is causing some confusion, I think.

Anyway, the diet you posted looks pretty solid, assuming that's really what you eat and you're pretty consistent with it. Could somebody estimate calorie totals, protein content, and macro breakdown on that one? I'm thinking the carbs to protein ratio might be a little high for my taste, but that shouldn't really limit weight gain. And most of the protein seems to come from solid food, which is good. More good fat might be in order.

How about lifting routine? What exercises/equipment do you use? What split do you use? Sets and reps? Rest time? How much cardio and what kind? Is your strength increasing, or have you plateaued?

EAT MORE. If you aren't gaining weight, you're not eating enough. Increase the amount.

How about this...

First thing in the morning 2 scoops whey and glutemine, 1 tblspoon peanut butter.

Next. 10 egg whites with 1 yolk and 1 cup oats.

mid morning - 2 cups tuna, brocolli

lunch 6 ounces of chicken 2 cups of pasta and salad


preworkout :1 cup of oats 1 banana 5 grams of gutamine and 2 scoops of whey

after workout: 2 scoops whey 10 grams glutamine 1 bagel

dinner : 6-9 ounces of fish or chicken and vegetables

late snack 1 or 2 cup of cottage cheesse

That should increase your calories by 800-1000 a day. Try that for a few weeks and see if you start to gain weight. Back off if you are gaining BF%


Creatine Mono. Any kind will do. you can buy it from nutraplanet.com for less than $15 for 1000 grams. Read up on how to use it.

What rep range do yo use? What exercises (free weights? nautalis? other machines?) How many sets of each? How much rest between sets?

Regarding supps, ditch 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8. The protein, flax, and glutamine are fine. You could add fish oil, bcaa's, and creatine monohydrate.

I also don't think it's a good idea, at least for mass building, to do any cardio immediately following your weight training. The long cardio session is also keeping you from getting nutrients into your starving muscles after you just tore them up. If you insist on doing the cardio right after lifting, take a protein shake with glutamine, bcaa, and creatine right after you lift, before you start cardio.

WTF, You were 170lbs 2 years ago.Uh O.K. So what happened? What did you do to get that big?
EAT, Workout, Rest, and get plenty of water. And stay away from Pocketboy. He teach you bad english.
 
i use reps between 8 to 10 for everything just for arms go reps from 20 to 10 to keep blood flowing because i dont have to much genetics in the arm i rest no more than 1 minute and a half i try to sleep at least 8 hours, drink plenty of water but i am in a point were i having a difficult time gaining weight naturally without any product and i have this product that i told you but i feel that i need something stronger and i not talking about steroid but something to gain a little mass without to much fat and i dont know if novedex could help or dhea for say something

We're telling you that you DON'T need something to get stronger. You need better basics first. I've been training for 2 years as well and I've went from 158 lbs to 187 lbs without any PH/PS.


BTW, I don't even know what you are referring to for your 'training'. It does not seem very structured at all.
 
Hell, the only thing I'm taking right now is a pre-workout supp and vitamins. I haven't even had a protein shake in 3 weeks.

monday: back: barbell row 4 reps 10,10,8,8 Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 12, 10,8,8 ,Elevated Cable Row, 15, 10 ,10 ,8, straight arm pulldown 10 ,12 and standing low cable row 15, 20 for finish

tuesday:triceps: seated dumbell triceps station: 10,10.8,8 Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment: 12,10,8,8
Smith Machine Close-Grip Bench Press: 10 10 8 8, Cable One Arm Tricep Extension 12 10 10 10


wednesday: biceps Barbell Curl 12 12 10 10 , seated dumbell curl 12 12 10 10
Cross Body Hammer Curl
15 15 12 12,
Overhead Cable Curl 15 15 10 10

this is a start i only rest 1 to 2 minutes
