Not Too Pleased With ATW Service So Far...

I purchased 2lbs of Chocolate Mint 100% Whey Isolate on Oct. 22nd. I was very pleased with the price and the fact that the next day someone from your company welcomed me and thanked me for my order and said if I had any questions, he'd be happy to help. I sent him an email asking when my order might be shipped; I was excited to try out your product. I never heard from him again. My product wasn't shipped UPS until the 26th. If someone could explain why it took 4 days from the date my payment was received for my order to be shipped, I'd really appreciate it. Furthermore, it won't even arrive until Oct. 31st. So that's a total of 9 days from the date of order to the time of arrival. Is this normal? Maybe I'm a little spoiled when it comes to supplements. When I order from EDIT: NO it's mailed out the next business day and I get it two days later, max. I really hope this protein is good or else I can't say that I'd plan on ordering from you again.
 
Yeah that happened with my last order, I think it might have been because they just released peanut butter and cinnamon bun...haven't tried the mint chocolate isolate, but the blend was really good...
 
I would agree. Great prices, pretty good quality ,but slow as hell. I've ordered twice. The first time it took 2 weeks to ship and I'm still waiting on my order I placed on the 17th. I e-mailed them yesterday and am waiting to here back.
 
IMO, 4 days to ship isnt bad. Its when it takes weeks (plural) to get to you that there is a problem.
 
I'm getting my order 2 weeks after I ordered and I live 2hrs away. Matt has been helpful. Too bad no one else was

Don't wait for an e-mail back--you probably won't get one. I'd call them at 800-866-1970.
 
I won't really comment directly as i have in the past. But with my experience if you go to the contact us page on their site and email customer service and CC some higher ups, you'll get responses.
 
If you ever have an issue it is best to send an e-mail TO ME! Or call me even! My hours are posted!

Here is a tip on shipping: Along with everything else I tell y'all to put in the comments for free stuff or bigger discounts it is important that you do the following as well......(I posted this before but I want everyone here at AM to see it again)

if you put "Anabolic Minds Priority Shipping" in the comments of your order you will get bumped to the front of the line!!

Anabolic Minds members are good customers and repeat customers and as such I demanded this from my boss!

Another thing that would really help is if you identified yourself in the comments of your order too! I get people's web board "handles" here....(i.e. "Big Matt") and their real names on the orders and I havn't got the slightlest clue which handle here is related to which customer name.

I am here for you guys....you can contact me regarding anything and I'll bust my ass for you!

He definitely seems like a good guy and I'm sure if we put those comments in it will expedite the process, but shouldn't anybody ordering expect to receive fast shipping and good service regardless of these "special" steps we have to take?

Just my opinion.

and I did e-mail Matt and he says he will have the matter looked into.

I'm sure all the customers are on their priority list as far as wanting to have them be repeat customers but AM gets special treatment :) I mean you don't think if Oprah were to walk into a store she wouldn't get anything done faster?

Just think of yourself as a customer with benefits :)
 
Wow, I think it's about time you just get that shipping problem fixed. I know you haven't been there the entirety Matt, but someone needs to take care of it, as ATW pretty much has a poor rep for service across the boards. I never used them again after the 4 weeks it took for me to get my protein.

Someone just needs to take care of the problem at the source.
 
I agree with ballhere--I think having to put "Anabolic Minds Priority Shipping" in the comments section speaks volumes about your company's service. And although it might be best to e-mail you directly, there was nothing that could be done to expedite my order at this time and thus no reason to contact you. I wanted to make a post on this board to let everyone know the experience I was having. I'm not concerned with saving the face of your company.

I agree, its been months now with this 2-4 week delivery problem.
 
2 weeks

Mine took 5 months and many emails before they decided to ship my orders. And i am still waiting for my orders.

I dont know if i will order again. Hope they fix everything. Then i will decide.

Anyway, Matt was really helpful.

Where are you located? Obviously there was some other issue than just shipping time if we are talking 5 months.
 
We are now on a 24 to 48 hour turnaround from when we receive an order 'til it's out the door. Many issues have been resolved in terms of suppliers and transport companies that were unable to keep up with us as our business grows and affected shipping times to our customers.

I'm am really pleased with how things are going!
 
Well that's good to hear. I rec'd my protein a while ago and I'm enjoying it. I like the flavor and the consistency. If you tell me you're on a 24-48hr turnaround, I'd be happy to order again. But I'd like to hear some customers say you're on the 24-48hr turnaround, too.

Me too, I've heard it before, then ordered, then waited, and waited, and waited. Once i hear some customer feedback from reputable people, I will again try ATW again.:fart:
 
I put in an order on a Monday night and it shipped the next day. I did all the right things, like putting "MATT" and "Anabolic Minds Priority Shipping" in the comments. My order arrived on the following Monday. LESS than a 24 hour turn-around, fast shipping considering I live on the complete opposite side of the U.S., and all in all ZERO problems with the order.

This was my 4th order from All The Whey, all in the past 1/2 year or so, and I've never had a problem.

Is protein that scarse in the rest of the world that you can't buy it locally?

We have plenty of international customers that receive their orders promptly, including Japan....there is more to the story here that I am not aware of.....just curious as to what the missing facts are.....

2nd cost.
3rd. I dont know what they put there. LOL.

according to ATW, they thought it was a fraud, so they waited for a few weeks and then i think they forgot about it.

Got half of the orders today, November 18, 2006 (ordered May 4 2006) LOL. anyway, I will just wait for the other half.
