Nosebleeds on cycle?

Started an Epi/Tren cycle last week and on day 6 had my first nosebleed. I was only running 30/60 at the time. I was not doing anything strenuous when this one occured. Today is day 8 and am running 40/60 and had another nosebleed. This time it was while running. I have had them in the past while on cycle but at the time I was having BP issues so I assumed that was the cause. I went to the doctor on day 5 for a sinus congestion issue and my BP was 123/71 which is about normal for me. I checked my BP just a couple hours before my run todayat CVS and it was 130/80 but I walked right in and sat down instead of waiting which always give me a higher reading.

When I went to the doctor he prescribed Nasacort nasal spray which could also be the culprit. If it is not, and I am not having BP issues, would the nosebleeds be caused by the cycle or is just coincidence? Could my BP have risen enough during the run to cause the nosebleed I had today? What can be done to prevent them if it is not related to BP?

I am currently taking garlic, fish oil, and CS for BP.

Any suggestions?

havoc did the same for me when i ran it at the tail end of my test cycle. no BP issues, but random nosebleeds when i bumped to 40mg

I have never run havoc but have had a simpler problem when running other PH and AAS I find it more anouying than anything, I read in a old herbal book that distilled with hazel on cotton wool pluged in the nose works, It did the trick for me years ago you can buy it in tesco for a couple of quid

how was the weather during the run? sometimes just the weather and over heating can give me a nose bleed. if your using nasal spray and it's dry outside that could be it

Alright..Everyone relates the issues of nosebleeds on the fact that they are running a cycle. first thing you need to know about hormone upregulation..or the process of up-ing your test is that it is a natural vasodilator..which means it opens up your blood vessels. second and the biggest fact is that you are probably trying to gain muscle so you are not only able to use heavy weights but you are trying to go heavier. the blood vessels in your nose are VERY small. so when you either are not breathing while you are lifting your heavy weights...or forcefully exhaling due to the heavy weight you weaken those tiny capularies in your nose..so when you are walking around the house, or running or lifting or just finished lifting those suckers burst and whamo..nose bleed. but you think its cause the ph..when really its the lifting...just something you have to put up with..nothing bad..just work on exhaling through your mouth and breathing correctly during lifts! never do the valsalva manuever or youre going to bleeding something fierce! hope this helped!!
