Started an Epi/Tren cycle last week and on day 6 had my first nosebleed. I was only running 30/60 at the time. I was not doing anything strenuous when this one occured. Today is day 8 and am running 40/60 and had another nosebleed. This time it was while running. I have had them in the past while on cycle but at the time I was having BP issues so I assumed that was the cause. I went to the doctor on day 5 for a sinus congestion issue and my BP was 123/71 which is about normal for me. I checked my BP just a couple hours before my run todayat CVS and it was 130/80 but I walked right in and sat down instead of waiting which always give me a higher reading.
When I went to the doctor he prescribed Nasacort nasal spray which could also be the culprit. If it is not, and I am not having BP issues, would the nosebleeds be caused by the cycle or is just coincidence? Could my BP have risen enough during the run to cause the nosebleed I had today? What can be done to prevent them if it is not related to BP?
I am currently taking garlic, fish oil, and CS for BP.
Any suggestions?
