Gawd dam your an inspiration...looking huge, lean and proportionate!
Your side chest is very the Austrian Oak'esque and the chest vascularity in the other shot is legit. Now we gotta see the FLEX Magazine workout shots. Cut off short flannel, cut jean shorts, thick wrestler socks, boots and a bandana. Oh wait, can't forget the Easy-E lokes.
You look solid all around. That is definitely the look of bodybuilding success.
Some pics for you impatient lil' biatches ..Not too many, but good for now ..
i def just looked back at that and noticed that lol. your lucky your so big or i might have to make a semi derogatory comment towards you :hammer:
Damn its about time you posted pictures, I was one of those impatient bastards! You look F*CKIN good bro. Great job!!
Hahaha, yeah, I remember those Branch Warren thighs in your avi from my IntraStack log, asking for pics.. Pardon my confidence took a while to bloom again, alongside of having 'camera-issues' .. Thanks for the encouragement, bro, I appreciae that !
Thanks to you I won't be posting any pics unless I know how to work some photoshop magic. Now where'd I put those Dorian.jpeg's....
Girls are always trying to mess with your head. i did that to my wall at my last place, and your not even "on" :toofunny:God dammit ! I've been bragging about keeping every door and wall intact in my apartment for a whole year .. a couple wrong words from the biatch, and I've now successfully shattered my bathroom door. My hand went through that door with each and every punch .. fcuk, fcuk, fcuk !
Stopping in to say hello!

I've had my instances of wall damage due to drama (about 19, when I lived at home). I think my parents must have understood at the time because they fixed the 5-7 holes and never mentioned anything about it.
Seriously dude, with all that vascularity going on, your girls going to make one of them burst. Maybe you should post some pics of HER so we can see why she's worth all this emotional roller-coasting. I'm (partially) kidding.
You guys have been together for like 4 years or something right? or was that Hman? It's hard to be in your position, its easy for some, because some people can easily break things off, but like me, you're not in that some people group.
You should seriously consider bringing some Vicodine on your trip bro. When she starts acting, pop two in and chill, because she seems to rile you up a lot and you seem pretty excited about this trip, so I'd hate for it to end up a miserable experience.
Nice tan! and everything else that's obviously hot about it.
Ohhhh dude, it's all hot.. which adds to the dangers ..

LOL, I love Branch Warren but these Quads belong to Trey Brewer. HA HA anyways once again GREAT JOB, like everyone else has stated you are a role model! When are you entering for a contest?
Holy $hit ! I did not even guess that'd be Brewer ! Sick !
Thanks again, bro ! I don't know about the contest at the moment .. I'll be starting my summer internship June 2nd, and that'll definitely keep me pre-occupied for a while this summer, and into the semester. I WANT to do a competition, I really do, I've just got different factors involved which complicated the situation .. More than anything, I'd like to get into fitness modeling to be honest .. I've got no certain plans, however, I'm just living in the 'now' unfortunately.
Great bicep peak, strong forearms and very prominent serratus anterior(s), but you might think about shaving this morning :stick:

Attached pics .. Since I began my high rep scheme, I've noticed a significant increase in separation of my muscle bellies in most of my upper body. My deltoids are finally getting a nice, carved in look to them, and I'm getting the lines I've been wanting on my outer arm, along with the separation of my tricep, bicep and brachii. My most stubborn area of fat loss is obviously my lower abdomen area. My serratus and upper abdominals are leaner than my lower abs/oblique area. I'll be correcting this once I hit up my Napalm/DCP/'secret ingredient' cutter in Mid-June.
I've also noticed thicker muscle bellies, particularly my pecs and shoulders, since I began incorporating low/moderate reps as well as high reps in my routines. It seems it's shocked the hell out of my muscles, from going from 20-30 reps for 5 weeks straight, to hitting go down to 5-6 reps on heavy compound exercises to follow .. I'm really enjoying seeing these changes I'm capable of. That's what I love about the aspect of 'bodybuilding' - sculpting ones body. Build and define it how you want it. $hit, I know I wouldn't be walking around feeling as confident as I do now had I had a half-way beer belly and a rounder face, so I won't be gaining the weight a certain someone 'requires' ..
so i now have those 3 notches that you have. i forget what their called the anterior setarus or something? not as prevelant as yours, but i have them noticeable! woo woo
mine arent REAL REAL noticeable but they are easily seen if i lift my arms. i just thought it was a cool note to add becasue the other day i was like WTF is that and then i realized i had been doing pulldowns which creates that.Oh yeah, definitely your serratus anterior. Those are nice, lean muscles to have. Makes you look ripped, especially if they're deep.

haha yeah my back is def startin to look pretty toned which i am happy about. i have a weird bump though on my lower left back...i dont know if you can see it in the picture, but i have no clue what its fromIncline bench helps create them too. You can actually target the serratus anterior from an exercise performed from the incline bench. I tried them, but not a fan.
Good job. Also, the separation of the individual muscles groups in your back are really coming along. Great separation of the major, minor rhomboids. I think that's the most impressive part of your back and the Christmas Tree in your lower back.
You're going to be bone, dry, ripped man. That's some serious adipose genocide. Especially capping it all off with H-Drol. I've never ran a "real" PH before, no "real" PCT availability if you know what I mean.
That's a nasty, nasty stack there bro. Have fun with it.
P.S. I've incorporated your ultra voluminous workout scheme. I have reps going as high as 20 to 30 now, but I still pyramid the weight until I reach no lower then 8 reps. I like it.
I like that routine right there. When I superset I am usually all over the weight room too. Whenever I can throw calves in I do. doin it like that doesn't seem like it is such a burden + the workout flies by.
Iv'e upped my reps as you have been and I've been gettin a great pump. I'm doing 25/20/15/10 increasing weight each time. It is brutal. LOVE IT!
I've hard of "rumors" of the Sesamin caps not being as effective as the liquid. I've only tried the liquid so I can't speak on it, but I can't reason why the caps would be any less effective. X-factor is delivered in a gel cap form just like Fish Oil, and I don't think there is a controversy in efficacy when it comes to liquid fish oil vs gel caps.
I do think if you were to choose between Cissus and Sesamin, that you go with the Sesamin. Number one, especially with your workout style. All that high volume leaves very little room for over-taxation of ligaments and tendons, which is normally associated with high load lifting. Number two, Sesamin makes more sense in your overall objective of adipose genocide, not to mention Sesamin and Fish Oil have a synergistic effect.
