Norwegian's Re-comping with the Ultimate RPM/Drive Stack [Sponsored]

Your side chest is very the Austrian Oak'esque and the chest vascularity in the other shot is legit. Now we gotta see the FLEX Magazine workout shots. Cut off short flannel, cut jean shorts, thick wrestler socks, boots and a bandana. Oh wait, can't forget the Easy-E lokes.

You look solid all around. That is definitely the look of bodybuilding success.

Hahaha, bro, I appreciate that one.. now my laptop screen is covered with a peanut butter vanilla protein shake, thank you very much ! LOL

lookin great man, keep up the hard work. thx for puttin the pix up too ^^

i def just looked back at that and noticed that lol. your lucky your so big or i might have to make a semi derogatory comment towards you :hammer:

Hahaha, bro, I was sure that'd catch your attention ! JK ... lol

Damnit, yet another 12.30PM waking up, but I'm not suffering in the meal department, however, I still cook my dinners into the wee AM hours every night, so I'm getting my nutrients in. I had my whey protein shake with MCT oil and PB for breakfast, and I'm counting on another mini-meal prior to the gym today because I'm feeling pretty whooped at the moment ! I'm sore most places, and I've got plenty signs of my body telling me to choke down some carbs and get some anabolic rest. I'm gonna force out another Cardio/Weight training session this afternoon, and finish off the week with a potential full-body workout tomorrow afternoon plus some additional cardio on the side, then call it quits for the week.

To be continued . . .

Damn its about time you posted pictures, I was one of those impatient bastards! You look F*CKIN good bro. Great job!!

Hahaha, yeah, I remember those Branch Warren thighs in your avi from my IntraStack log, asking for pics.. Pardon my confidence took a while to bloom again, alongside of having 'camera-issues' .. Thanks for the encouragement, bro, I appreciae that !

Thanks to you I won't be posting any pics unless I know how to work some photoshop magic. Now where'd I put those Dorian.jpeg's.... :think:

Hahaha, as fcuked up as it may sound, people at this board is what primarily builds my confidence. Countdown to Colorado Road Trip is less than 48 hours, and I just got off the phone with the ex.. 'it's like sometimes you try not to look good .. you do your best at trying not to look good' - referring to my big, veiny ass self .. Wow, this $hit less than two days away from take-off, and I'm about to do seven or eight days of it ?! ... riiiiiiight ...

Another awesome workout ! Pre-weights cardio is the $hit ! Hellacious pump; following today's workout, my pecs did indeed look Austrain Oak'esque .. ;)

God dammit ! I've been bragging about keeping every door and wall intact in my apartment for a whole year .. a couple wrong words from the biatch, and I've now successfully shattered my bathroom door. My hand went through that door with each and every punch .. fcuk, fcuk, fcuk !

Girls are always trying to mess with your head. i did that to my wall at my last place, and your not even "on" :toofunny:

I've had my instances of wall damage due to drama (about 19, when I lived at home). I think my parents must have understood at the time because they fixed the 5-7 holes and never mentioned anything about it.

Seriously dude, with all that vascularity going on, your girls going to make one of them burst. Maybe you should post some pics of HER so we can see why she's worth all this emotional roller-coasting. I'm (partially) kidding.

You guys have been together for like 4 years or something right? or was that Hman? It's hard to be in your position, its easy for some, because some people can easily break things off, but like me, you're not in that some people group.

You should seriously consider bringing some Vicodine on your trip bro. When she starts acting, pop two in and chill, because she seems to rile you up a lot and you seem pretty excited about this trip, so I'd hate for it to end up a miserable experience.

If ya didn't catch my pic yet, too bad .. cus it was yummy ..

Ohhhh dude, it's all hot.. which adds to the dangers ..

Looks hot, tiny waste, nice skin, hot G-string. No wonder you put up with so much, just don't let her add 5 years of stress onto your life when she has those "moments" or get a good cortisol supp to counter-balance all that stress :chick:

LOL, I love Branch Warren but these Quads belong to Trey Brewer. HA HA anyways once again GREAT JOB, like everyone else has stated you are a role model! When are you entering for a contest?

Holy $hit ! I did not even guess that'd be Brewer ! Sick !

Thanks again, bro ! I don't know about the contest at the moment .. I'll be starting my summer internship June 2nd, and that'll definitely keep me pre-occupied for a while this summer, and into the semester. I WANT to do a competition, I really do, I've just got different factors involved which complicated the situation .. More than anything, I'd like to get into fitness modeling to be honest .. I've got no certain plans, however, I'm just living in the 'now' unfortunately.

Brewer's got some nasty quads, but I thought it was Branch also. It's that grainy vascularity that makes it look Branch'esque.

Day #13: 'Full'-body Depletion

Wide-grip Pulldowns - (100 * 30) 140 * 25, 180 * 20, 220 * 20, 220 * 20
Barbell Rows - (135 * 20) 225 * 20, 225 * 20, 225 * 20
Seated Side Laterals - 30 * 20, 30 * 20, 30 * 20
Standing One-arm Presses - 50 * 20, 60 * 20, 70 * 20

Uni-arm Machine Curls - 90 * 25, 90 * 20, 90 * 20, 90 * 20
V-grip Pressdowns - 50 * 30, 80 * 20, 80 * 20, 80 * 20

Weight - 230 lbs.

Attached pics .. Since I began my high rep scheme, I've noticed a significant increase in separation of my muscle bellies in most of my upper body. My deltoids are finally getting a nice, carved in look to them, and I'm getting the lines I've been wanting on my outer arm, along with the separation of my tricep, bicep and brachii. My most stubborn area of fat loss is obviously my lower abdomen area. My serratus and upper abdominals are leaner than my lower abs/oblique area. I'll be correcting this once I hit up my Napalm/DCP/'secret ingredient' cutter in Mid-June.

I've also noticed thicker muscle bellies, particularly my pecs and shoulders, since I began incorporating low/moderate reps as well as high reps in my routines. It seems it's shocked the hell out of my muscles, from going from 20-30 reps for 5 weeks straight, to hitting go down to 5-6 reps on heavy compound exercises to follow .. I'm really enjoying seeing these changes I'm capable of. That's what I love about the aspect of 'bodybuilding' - sculpting ones body. Build and define it how you want it. $hit, I know I wouldn't be walking around feeling as confident as I do now had I had a half-way beer belly and a rounder face, so I won't be gaining the weight a certain someone 'requires' ..

Great bicep peak, strong forearms and very prominent serratus anterior(s), but you might think about shaving this morning :stick:

Day #13: PM Cardio

Originally, I was going to go run for 30 minutes, but instead, I decided to run my one mile to the gym, cranked out 30 minutes of Stairmaster; Level 12 on Speed Intervals; 530 calories. Then I ran my mile back home. This'll be one of the final updates before I head out to Colorado tomorrow morning ..

AHHHHH SOMETHINGS HAPPENING TO YOUR FACE!!!!!

so i now have those 3 notches that you have. i forget what their called the anterior setarus or something? not as prevelant as yours, but i have them noticeable! woo woo

Oh yeah, definitely your serratus anterior. Those are nice, lean muscles to have. Makes you look ripped, especially if they're deep.

mine arent REAL REAL noticeable but they are easily seen if i lift my arms. i just thought it was a cool note to add becasue the other day i was like WTF is that and then i realized i had been doing pulldowns which creates that.

Incline bench helps create them too. You can actually target the serratus anterior from an exercise performed from the incline bench. I tried them, but not a fan.

Good job. Also, the separation of the individual muscles groups in your back are really coming along. Great separation of the major, minor rhomboids. I think that's the most impressive part of your back and the Christmas Tree in your lower back.

Norwegian's back, baby !!!!

A one week pleasure trip turned in to the best two week vacation of my life!

I'm gonna hit up the gym in twenty minutes, then I'll be back to let ya'll know what's going on. I've got something brewing . . something big and bad .. ;)

Day #1:

I was going to do back and biceps only, but had to get in and out in 45 minutes because the gym closed earlier than expected, so being it was day #1 back after two weeks out of the gym, I did some of everything.

WIDE-grip Pulldowns - 140 * 25, 180 * 20, 200 * 20, 220 * 20
superset with
V-grip Pressdowns - 50 * 30, 80 * 25, 100 * 20

Machine Shoulder Presses - 80 * 20, 80 * 20, 80 * 20, 80 * 20
superset with
Uni-arm Machine Curls - 80 * 25, 80 * 25, 80 * 25

Incline Hammer Press - 90 * 20, 90 * 20, 90 * 25
superset with
Icarian T-bar Rows - 45 * 20, 45 * 20

Pec-dec Flyes - 145 * 20, 145 * 20
triset with
Reverse Pec-dec Flyes - 145 * 25, 145 * 25
triset with
Dumbbell Curls - 20 * 25, 20 * 25

Weight - 227 lbs.

- My entire body is feeling jacked at the moment. Veins are throbbing, and muscles are engorged. I was feeling flat and pudgy prior to this session, and all I can say is that the added intensity I put in to my workout due to the time limit made all the difference in the world ! I'm back, and this time I take no prisoners ..

Here's my upcoming batch, any comments are much appreciated. Final decisions have not been made yet, but I've scheduled the start for June 16th.

* H-drol @ 75mg/day for 6 weeks
* DCP @ 6-8 caps/day for 6 weeks
* Napalm/Clen Combo for 6 weeks
(+ perhaps)
** Jet Fuel

Obviously, I'll be running the necessary core supplements as well as support supplements. I'm looking forward to hearing from you fellas!

It's good to be back !

You're going to be bone, dry, ripped man. That's some serious adipose genocide. Especially capping it all off with H-Drol. I've never ran a "real" PH before, no "real" PCT availability if you know what I mean.

That's a nasty, nasty stack there bro. Have fun with it.

P.S. I've incorporated your ultra voluminous workout scheme. I have reps going as high as 20 to 30 now, but I still pyramid the weight until I reach no lower then 8 reps. I like it.

Volcom, it's good to have ya here, bro ! I'm definitely thinking that kind of stack could get me above AND beyond the stage at which I looked the best in the past, and I'm aching to get to it. I'm going to sit down and do the math and dosing and everything else regarding my run this evening, and I'll be posting my final decision most likely later on tonight.

Happy to hear your high-volume scheme is working out for ya ! One of the beauties regarding high volume is that even after two whole weeks out of the gym - which is MY situation - one full-body high-volume training session can trigger anabolism in your whole body simultaneously and volumize both your body and your confidence in no time. I felt like a lard-ass (to an extent) untill I got myself through two hard-core high volume workouts last night and this afternoon, but those high-rep sets got the blood flowing in all the right places and filled me right up !

Day #2: Chest, Biceps, Calves

Incline DB Flyes (75 degrees) - 30 * 30, 35 * 25, 40 * 20, 45 * 20, 50 * 20
Wide-grip Incline Bench (collar-to-collar grip) - 135 * 20, 135 * 20, 135 * 20, 135 * 20
Close-grip Incline Hammer Press (grip on inner edge of handle) - 140 * 15, 140 * 15, 140 * 15

each exercise supersetted with one of each of the following working sets for calves:

One-legged Calf Extensions - BW * 25 reps * 3 sets, BW * 30 reps
Seated Calf Extensions - 90 * 25, 90 * 25, 90 * 25
Donkey Calf Raises - 300 * 20, 300 * 20, 300 * 20

Gironda Dips - BW * 15, BW * 20, BW * 20
Pec-dec Flyes - 100 * 30, 150 * 20, 150 * 20, 150 * 20
Machine Pullovers - 150 * 20, 150 * 20, 150 * 20

each set supersetted with one of the following sets for biceps:

Barbell Curls - 45 * 30, 65 * 20, 65 * 20, 65 * 20
Uni-arm Machine Curls - 90 * 15, 90 * 15, 90 * 15
Rope Hammer Curls - 100 * 20, 100 * 20, 100 * 20

Weight - ?

- 30 minutes prior to work out I had a Nitro-something drink by ABB, which contained 5 grams glycerine, 3 grams AKG, and some other goodies. 10 minutes prior to work out, I had 3/4 scoop Steel Edge with 3 grams of Beta Alanine. 5 minutes later, I was sweating like a mutha. Definitely got a kick from the Nitro and Steel Edge. I was totally focused within the first three sets of my workout. I have not noticed this significant of a focus in a work out from Steel Edge before, so I bet my body enjoyed the break I had from all stims and pre-workout drinks the past two weeks, because I was HIGH on the combo of those two drinks. I supersetted one set of a chest exercise with one set of a calf exercise untill I completed 11 sets of calf work. I went forth and back, non-stop, and my workout stamina was through the roof. To be honest, I don't look like I've just taken two weeks off from the gym, enjoying IHOP and Denny's every evening around midnight, and another one or two eat-outs of good food with my ex on vacation. I'm already looking better than when I came back, my muscles have volumized and I'm sustaining quite a pump for hours after my workouts. The post-workout pump I got from the hellacious supersetting of biceps and chest exercises towards the end was insane ! I was looking about 240+ lbs large, but maintaining under 230 still. I'm looking forward to losing some of this junk on me, though, and I'm definitely primed for what's about to occur . .. .

I like that routine right there. When I superset I am usually all over the weight room too. Whenever I can throw calves in I do. doin it like that doesn't seem like it is such a burden + the workout flies by.
Iv'e upped my reps as you have been and I've been gettin a great pump. I'm doing 25/20/15/10 increasing weight each time. It is brutal. LOVE IT!

Glad to have someone agree to my 'methods' of calf training ! Lol. Doing those supersets ups the intensity of my workout, and it allows me to get more done in less time. Besides, I'll be starting my summer internship tomorrow, so I won't have time for 20-30 minute calf sessions any more .. Doing them simultanously with chest or any other bodypart will definitely benefit me as I begin my 8-5 workday!

Need some advice fellas .. Here's what I've got thus far in my stack:

* H-drol @ 75mg/day
* Napalm w/Clen mixed in
(I'm getting two Napalm, and I've already got 3 X Clen (100mcg * 60ml each)
* DCP @ 6-8 caps/day

Here's where I need some thought ..

* Scivation Dialene-4 @ 6 caps/day
* Scivation Sesamin @ 6-8 caps/day

OR

* Primaforce Rage @ 6 caps/day
* Primaforce Cissus @ 3-4 caps/day

- I'm either getting Scivation's Dialene-4 with a 180 count bottle of Sesamin OR Primaforce's RAGE with a 120 count bottle of Cissus. I'm hoping someone can help me make that final decision. I'm currently not having any joint or tendon pains which was the initial reason for me trying out cissus (Incarnate, by Palo Alto Labs) but I'm sort of fearing it happening with the H-drol strength gains I will most likely see. On the other hand, Sesamin was a staple when I ran the U.D 2.0 before Christmas, and that was Primaforce's Sesamin liquid. The 180 caps makes for conveniency, but I've also heard rumors of the caps being not-as-potent as Avant Labs, f.x. Sesamin definitely helped me get shredded, and the Cissus is good for my joints. Please help me make the final decision, fellas ! The two different combos both offer a great deal economy wise .. As I find this cycle to be adding up as we're speaking ! LOL

2 * H-drol = $50
2 * Napalm/DCP - $120
2 * Clen - $60
Rage/Cissus - $30
or
Dialene-4/Sesamin - $30

PLUS

Support supplements of different sorts:

- Hawthorn Berry
- Red Yeast Rice
- Fish Oil
- Vitamin C
- Multivitamin

~$300 total for this run it seems!

I've hard of "rumors" of the Sesamin caps not being as effective as the liquid. I've only tried the liquid so I can't speak on it, but I can't reason why the caps would be any less effective. X-factor is delivered in a gel cap form just like Fish Oil, and I don't think there is a controversy in efficacy when it comes to liquid fish oil vs gel caps.

I do think if you were to choose between Cissus and Sesamin, that you go with the Sesamin. Number one, especially with your workout style. All that high volume leaves very little room for over-taxation of ligaments and tendons, which is normally associated with high load lifting. Number two, Sesamin makes more sense in your overall objective of adipose genocide, not to mention Sesamin and Fish Oil have a synergistic effect.

Volcom, you're on the ball as usual, and I appreciate your educated input! It makes more sense, indeed, to be going for the Sesamin caps. A couple of people who submitted reviews online for the Sesamin caps said they felt like they were underdosed, but then again, I can't vouch for them and say their diet/training was up to par compared to mine. Sesamin worked for me before, plain and simple, so I'm going to go in to this stack thinking the Sesamin caps will do the same trick ! The fish oil/Sesamin oil combo you reminded me of also helped make the final decision regarding the combo choice !

Has anyone here tried out the Tight! RTD drinks by SAN ? I'm opting for 6.00AM cardio sessions five days per week, and getting up at 5.30AM, I'm thinking that encapsulated fat burners/thermos won't give me the necessary kick to really take advantage of my early AM cardio prior to a long work day, one of the reasons for which I looked in to these RTD's as a possible early morning wake-up call. I considered getting 24 cans, and dosing one bottle immidiately upon waking alongside of 1-2 caps Dialene-4 and 2-3 caps DCP. I'm thinking that'd fuel my fire, whereas others may be thinking 'overkill' .. so which is it ? Does anyone support my way of thinking ?
