NorCal QUAKE !

Gonna workout Back this evening. Yes .... that means my beloved Deadlifts ! Finger is still not working 100% Dr says it would've healed fine had I not ignored his advice and continued working out .... oh well! Gonna hit as heavy deads as possible ... lift until the grip fails in my right hand and everyone hears the bar hit the concrete ;) Lookin forward to it !

Thanks. The deads are lighter than I usually go and lower reps as well. 5 reps with 285 is all I could do .... on the 5th rep my right hand started to slip so although I could do more I had to stop at 5 or risk dropping the bar. However, the finger is getting better every day and range of motion keeps improving so soon I will be back at 100%.

Same boat here! Go in to the doc again tomorrow and hopefully he'll say I can start working with my hand more. I may never be back to 100% though. :(
 
Just lit the fuse ..... 'heaping scoop' of Quake down the hatch. Gonna hit Chest & Shoulders in a bit.

Oops .... just realized I never posted workout stats from the 4th. My bad. Been unusually busy these past couple of days .... truck broke down so I've been playing mechanic. I will post Sundays workout and tonights workout later tonight when I return.

Looking forward to another awesome workout thanks to Quake ! Finger is feeling about 80-90% so things should go good .... its mostly pushing movements tonight anyway so grip strength isn't as much of a factor.

Nice dude! im glad your rehab is going well! I am kind of a wimp when it comes to blood and injuries and those original pics you put up made me a little queasy.

This is what I was dealing with for the past month. Not as bad as Luke but as you all know it still F'd up my right hand grip for a while. Its about 90% now .... tomorrow is Back day so we will see how it does and if I can move up the weight on the deadlifts.

Funny thing is it didn't really hurt when it happened. I didn't know I was cut until I noticed blood pooling up on the floor. The real pain was when I went against Dr's orders and continued lifting with it wrapped up and in the splint. This made it take twice as long to heal .... but hell no I wasn't gonna stop lifting for 3 weeks!!! Now the stitches are out and the splint is off .... I almost have full range of motion again. The knuckle joint really hurts ..... especially on back day (all pulling movements) It should be back to normal in another week or so. Nothings gonna stop me from hitting deadlifts as heavy as possible ;)

Not sure how well you can see the scars but I severed the two tendons in my pointer and middle finger 90% of the way years ago. So I feel your pain but you should heal up just fine :)

Ouch! Did you regain full feeling in the fingers? So far I have a few small 'dead zones' on my finger. No big deal really .... just takes some getting used to. As long as my grip strength returns fully in the right hand is all I am really concerned about. So far its coming back .... slowly .... but it IS coming back.
 
Ok .... Just had a killer workout !! There's something about getting enough sleep the night before that's for sure! I slept 10 hrs last night and I felt stronger than ever in the gym this evening. Sleep + Quake = Raw Power! Finger is damn near 100% considering the deadlifts and BB rows I was able to knock out ..... good feeling ;)

Sad to see the end of the tub of this amazing Pre-workout. I have never felt such razor sharp focus and endless drive from any other product out there. The effects are also cumulative with Quake ..... each workout got better. More focus, more endurance, more drive, increased recovery rate. A truly amazing product that I will recommend to everyone and I WILL purchase and continue to use. Thanks IronFlex! You guys hit a home-run with this one.
 
On another note in favor of Quake .... I did Back last night and used a different PWO that I had left over from before the Quake hit me ..... It did not super pump me up at all ;) I was already well aware of how awesome Quake was but it really hit home when I used this other product and felt the total lack of everything that I had come to expect and enjoy from Quake. IronFlex ..... when you put your pwo head-to-head with the competition there really is no competition! Quake is the gold standard that all other PWO's wish they could be. Try some yourself and you will understand what I mean. No need for fancy sales tactics with a product that actually works like Quake does!
